I placed an online order but I changed my outfit. The options are endless in this store. They had more than enough hands. The line was out the door.
It can be overwhelming but it's the all in all one stop shop.

This evening I went to Macy's In Easton Town Center in search of an elegant but functional outfit for an upcoming wedding that my business will be decorating and coordinating. While in search, I met Ms. Johnnie in the Women's fashion area. Ms Johnnie was very friendly and welcoming. She assisted my with suggestions and directed me in the right area. I found the perfect outfit and it had a great price as well. Ms. Johnnie gave excellent customer service that will make come back and visit her again. Go check her out. Thank you Ms. Johnnie.

Helen Yebio in the men's Suit department was extremely helpful. Did measurements and went above and beyond her duties. Very accommodating to all my specific needs. Friendly and quick service. I love my new suit tailored just for me. Thanks Helen for your hard work!

Great online order pick-up experience! The store was pretty busy so I was expecting to wait in line. I was pleasantly surprised that I was in and out quickly. The service counter for order pick-up’s was staffed well enough that there was no wait to get my order. I spent more time trying to find parking!!

Great place for housewares, redecorating, gifts and more. Wonderful selection of top brands, perfumes, colognes and more. 2 levels with escalator inside.

The gentleman in the returns department is wonderful! I was there on September 21rst around 2 or 2:30 and had scraped the plastic thing under the front bumper of my sons car. It was hanging half on and half off. The gentleman in the returns department could tell I was upset and he said I can give you the number for Easton Security to see if they can help you.They help when someone needs help and makes sure they will help if they can. I called the Security Dept. and the man was there within minutes. He was also the nicest person! And he took the apparatus off so I wouldn't be dragging it down 270 on my way home. The service is excellent. I met a woman whom worked for Macy (absolutely beautiful) ...A Asian woman 💗..back in December who introduced me to Chanel Gabrielle perfume. The first words she used was "this perfume is VERY POWERFUL"....I went back to see if she was there a few days ago, however she wasn't. I made sure I told her coworkers how lovely she was..and I ended up buying myself my first bottle of Chanel

I love Easton Macy's! It reminds me a little of the Times Square Macy's in NYC. My Mom, Aunt and I came here on Black Friday 11-26-2021. Although it was a massive amount of people we still had a really good time. Included in this post there is a picture of the dj from Black Friday 2019. Young lady named Fowsiy at the Junior clothing area was such a wonderful person and had can-do attitude which was crucial. She helped my family throughout the entire time we were at the store. She offered help getting directions to other departments as well. We were delighted indeed

This is the one of the best Macy's around.... and I've been to a lot!! Great layout, neatly organized and extremely clean. Love their shoes! Most of their staff is customer friendly and will be happy to assist.

The Black Friday deals were surprisingly not as great as they have been in the previous years.

Victor was such a huge help in the mens suit department. Helped me get the right style and fit. Also set me up with the tailor to get my suit to fit like a glove. Everyone there was super friendly and helpful!

One of the best in the chain; great selection, great service, and even has its own outlet store in house.

I have been going to the Salon at Macy's Easton since 2001. Bonnie has taken care of my hair for several years. She has trained many of the stylists at the salon as well. I usually shop in the store after my salon appointment. From the salon, to the dress, shoe and sportswear departments, I recommend shopping at Macy's.

My daughter and I came to shop for dresses for her high school graduation. They had a wonderful selection of teen dresses as well as woman's dresses. And they had a great sale going on as well!

Amber (manager) deserves a raise. She put a smile on my face after a 5 star treatment.

Robin went above and beyond to help me with a return of 43" tv that was an online order. I had a hard time with a refund due to the shipment of their 3rd party not recognizing it was delivered to me in the 1st place. I'm still waiting for a refund, but I trust Robin will get it resolved.
