Honestly I love this place it's my favorite I recommend going to it and the workers are very nice!

One of the best stores I have ever been too. The staff are very friendly they were always offering support if I needed help with anything. They told me of the deals happing in the store so I wouldn't miss out on them. They seemed genuinely interested in what I had to say at all times.

Great place if you have a very specific style or self branding A. K. A your clothing.

Lots of great pop culture options. If you're claustrophobic, you might want to use their online store instead though...

There's always a line, but it's the mall so I don't expect anything less. Even when there is a line to get in the store it's moving at a good pace. There's always new things to check out to. They're tshirt selection is off the charts. Staff is always friendly. If you are into anime things hot topic is the place to go.

I had a wonderful experience I didn't buy anything per se but one thing I did notice is the store felt like there wasn't enough products based on cartoons there was a lot of Funko pops there were tons of T-shirts involving music bands but not a lot of t-shirts involving Disney and/or anime

The employees were so nice. They helped me and my friend find everything we were looking for. They suggested the hottest new trends and made us aware of all the deals as we were looking around. I have never been disappointed by HT.

Super Friendly, and helpful! While checking out, she told us to grab 2 more jewelry items and a miscellaneous item that we could get for free. So, thank you! We had no idea. Good people. Good deals.

Went to pick up an order that wasn't there, Laura called customer service and spent 30-40 minutes on the phone with them trying to locate my order. She was very respectful towards me and repeatedly apologized for the inconvenience of costumer service. She found my package, and gave me a little something extra for the trouble. Felt like I was their number 1 costumer! Well done!

I bought a blanket for my son for Christmas, and unfortunately the stitching came undone on the blanket after the first wash. (I have bought several blankets from Hot Topic and various clothing items and have never had this issue in the past) and having no intention of returning the product I had discarded the receipt. I also bought the blanket at a different location, and had bought the last one at that location. I called the Easton location, and the person I spoke with with out hesitation checked their stock and set back the blanket I needed and placed it behind the counter for me to come pick up later that day, and let me exchange the blanket without any issue! This meant so much to me, my son is autistic and obsessed with Bendy and was absolutely devastated when the blanket ripped. I give this associate and company 5 stars and would give more if it were an option. Thank you so much from a very appreciative mama! 🤗

The store is small but packed with great merchandise! The staff, particularly the manager, helped me find the obscure stuff I was looking for. Between ordering items online (to be delivered to the store for free) and helping me physically dig through a pit of buttons, I found everything I came in for and some stuff I didn't even know was available!

Lots of cute hello kitty shirts/bags/items, band, and anime tees as well.

The staff are very helpful and welcoming. The selection of things to pick from in the store is amazing. They have things for almost every fandom and even some obscure things I didn't know about. I will definitely be returning

One of my all time favorite stores since my teen years and now my kids love it too. The staff is very friendly welcoming and make your shopping experience well worth the wait in line.

They have some nice things

They had plenty of merch, store was clean and picked up. They had employees monitor how many people were in at one time. Everyone was friendly.

They were really good about making sure that they didn't have too many people in the store at once and that people were social distancing and wearing masks.
