Hes always been a very loyal, caring dentist. Tom , a tech there, has also shown complete concern, caring and professional, Both are incredibly understanding, reliable and courteous to clients, old and young. Some other staffers, however, aren't and there it is...over-booking and waiting room (SPACE for clients and children) seems to be the ONLY LONG-STANDING problem. My children (5) myself ,and friends have came here since 1990's.....THANK YOU JEFFREY AND TOM...COULDN'T SMILE WITHOUT YOU BOTH

I will not see anyone except dr wilden because he's so great. He cares for you as a person not just a way to get money. Tom is polite and loves to joke. They both make you feel so comfortable and keep you in as good spirits while fixing your dental work. They LISTEN to what you want and how you feel

Dr. Wilden’s office has inspired me to send them postcards. Can you say the same about your dentist?

The actual dental work wasn't bad, the main problem was the long wait before being able to be seen (before covid19). Your payment is due before leaving the practice, from which I was referred to a surgeon for wisdom teeth removal. Never returned to the practice after the removal but received another invoice demanding payment for more than previous amount and threatening collections. Will not be dealing with this practice again.

I hardly ever write bad reviews but this place has wasted so much of my time and their negligence has caused small dental problems to become really big ones for which I'm discussing with a lawyer. They absolutely never answer their phone OR return any calls. Been trying to get ahold of them for months. After several appointments getting my partial impression and fittings done, having it sent back to the lab several times, the partial they gave me doesn't fit right and I'll explain why. Before I had the impression/fittings done I had several appointments for panoramic x-ray, bite-wing x-rays,teeth cleanings and cavity fillings. They said I didn't have any cavities even though I pointed to specific areas of my mouth. They insisted on going by the x-rays (holding the x-ray film up to the light, right in front of me instead of actually looking in my mouth. I found a cavity front and center of my mouth in the mirror and by the next visit that had turned into a vertical fracture. They patched it up with filling - who knows how long that will last before it gets infected or breaks off. They filled it on the side of the tooth next to where I'm missing one and where the tooth in my partial goes, so the partial they gave me and billed for doesn't fit and they won't return my call to schedule an appointment to fix the partial. There is another large cavity I found front and center that I can see and that they missed and I don't have a chance to have them address that either since they won't return my calls every day for an appointment. Even when I had appointments I had to wait hours after my appointment time to go to the back, then wait a lot longer for a dentist to come over. They only care about emergency patients - that must be where the money is because they always go next before you, just one after another, regardless of how many hours you've been waiting. The woman who cleaned my teeth and the actual dentist are very nice people but the technicians/dental assistants do not take their job seriously; you will see them standing around doing nothing while you're waiting on them to do an impression or x-ray and don't even need an actual dentist - just an assistant. I don't know if the receptionists are just not doing their job answering the phone/returning phone calls or if they're told not to; maybe they're told to look patients up by phone number and see what kind of insurance the patients have before deciding whether or not to call the patients back if they don't like the reimbursement rates of insurance they are supposed to take. This place is absolutely terrible. I would like for them to transfer all of my records and x-rays to the next dentist but I'm worried they won't since I can't get them to answer/return calls. Maybe when my lawyer sends a demand letter, they'll finally respond.

So I went here as a child and now as a adult I thought that I would return for my dental needs. Yes some of the people work there are nice where as some seem like they are just there to collect money and don't care how your treated. I have quite a bit of teeth filled and within 1-2 months 4 fell out!! I informed them of the continuous pain that I was feeling and they said that it was just sensitivity. I'm not a dentist nor do I know what it entails, however I'm 100% sure that is not supposed to happen. I'm now changing dentist because I don't have it, to do it and keep being in pain and going back once a week or few weeks to have these fillings replaced. I did give them one star for the nice people working there!!

I applied for a position and last Friday I received an email late from Kandice wanting to talk about my possibly joining their practice and could I be available for a phone interview Monday or Tuesday. I replied that I could do Monday or Tuesday after 12:00pm. I received an email back setting up the phone interview for Tuesday at 1:00pm, which I said was great. As of today (Friday) I haven’t received a call or email explaining why she didn’t call or what was going on. This reflects very badly on the office and how they run the business.

These people are wack! They never fought the problem for my tooth. They had me come back 4x and each time I went there was 2-4 hr wait. The last and final time i went they had me wait until the business was closing for the day.. schedule another appointment to be seen after I waited for 3hrs for my turn. Bad business I would never recommend my worse enemy to this place. Please stay away from Franklin dential
