I wanted quality boots for my almost adult grandchildren. I was impressed with the selection, the care taken in measuring their feet and stride and the overall knowledge of the gentleman on duty. It was a completely positive experience for me.

Both of the guys in store were great, incredibly nice and helped me pickup my first RW boots! Jason helped me find my size, and answered all my questions.

My husband shops Red Wing for his work boots. He usually goes to a different location but we will be going to this location from now on. The staff here is extremely helpful! They help you get what boot fits your needs best, help you find the best deals and you definitely leave satisfied! My husband would’ve went for the same boot again and instead he was directed to try a new brand/style and he loves them! Highly recommend this location!

It seemed like I was doomed to wait. Thr customer before me took around 10 minutes to order shoes. The model I have been wearing for the last 4 years has been discontinued. The nearest replacement slid on my right foot when I walked. Another customer came in and took 10 minutes to fit and find the shoes. I got measured and tried a different size in the new model. It fit better. I bought the shoes. The inserts cost extra $60.

I bought boots here at the last minute because I had to visit a construction site the next morning. I got great service and the employee recommended a pair of women's boots that fit my wide feet well. Although the boots are pricey, they are worth it.

John Goetz is amazing! And I should have gone to a Red Wing shoe store years ago for my work boots.

John took the time to measure my feet and test fit a couple of different boots. He then swapped insoles until I was able to leave with a good, comfortable fitting boot.

I can recommend John and Red Wings without hesitation!!

Just picked up several pair of work boots for our office staff. TRAVIS helped me out and did a fantastic job! Very attentive and non rushed. He measured my feet and went over all the pros and cons. He went back in the stock room at least 10 times to get all the different types of boots I was interested in. Never ever acted like it was a big deal. He even got multiple pairs of the same size because I'm picky and wanted the best ones they had. He was extremely thorough in explaining all the things that were important about sizing and boots in general. All I all, I'd give Red Wing Boots of Westerville and TYLER in particular a 10 out of 10!!! Thank you,TYLER and well done!!!

I stopped in this location this morning to purchase a pair of Iron Ranger boots. I did some research and knew that these boots were on the pricey side. I also know that there are some things that "you get what you pay for." The store furnishings let me know they were selling a quality product. Two gentlemen were working the store. The buying experience is akin to going into a Land Rover dealership. This is no Foot Locker. I was computer sized to find my ideal boot. The gentleman "Kevin" assisting me knew his product well and informed me the do's and don't for the particular boot I was buying regarding break in and leather care. He was engaging and personable. The other sales associate was assisting another customer, with equal attention. I was informed of the follow-up services, after purchase. For example, during the lifetime of this boot, I can stop in for free replacement laces. They keep a stock in the back. Once again, this is a class act store, selling quality footwear. They know you will be spending a premium price for their product. The customer is treated accordingly. I was a first time Red Wing buyer. As long as this store maintains it's current standards, I will be a lifetime customer.

Great customer service. The store is clean and the employee was very helpful when I went back with a complaint about my boots. So as far as I'm concerned I'll be back and would recommend. If it's your first time buying proper work boots I would advise you to let them know what kind of work you do and I'm sure he will find something to match it.

I received very good service from a guy who used to work at skyline and he was a very nice person. I really like my redwing boots because they are rugged and sturdy, I can do just about anything and not have to worry about injuring my feet. The shoes I got did give me blisters at first but I just had to get used to them.

I had just discovered Red Wing Boots only this past week. I've been an Allen Edmunds guy for a long while (dress shoes) so this was my first pair of boots (Heritage) I really liked what I saw with the Iron Ranger. I did research online and very quickly learned from YouTube that the break-in period for Iron Rangers was "torturous". Some reviews on YouTube indicated that the break in was not as bad as some people say, but the lion share of YouTube commentary was that the break in was "killer" I went to the Westerville Store and John and Jordan were so gracious with their time they listened to what my concerns were and the proceeded to tell me what their experience was with the break in and overall comfort of the IR boots. (The owner/manager John has 25 years of experience) I purchased the Iron Ranger 8111 in Amber Harness leather. They are gorgeous and the outsole is rugged and refined at the same time....perfection. I left the Store, went home and put my new boots on...over a thick pair of Merino wool socks. It is now 3 days later and I'm very excited to report that the break in period was a piece of cake and these are some of the most comfortable shoes (let alone boots) I've worn and Allen Edmunds are very high quality comfortable shoes. I can't thank John and Jordan enough for all their help to me earlier this week. I'll be back to the Westerville Store in the future to do some more business. I'm very pleased to now be part of the Red Wing (Iron Ranger) family. Cheers !

Very helpful store salesman. Love my boots. Found out more about my feet than I knew before I went there. I’d recommend this store. Much better than sifting through box after box of boots in a large box store to never find the right fit.

Zack is an excellent person. Helped me get sized correctly and also informed me when they have their sales. I would recommend Red Wing if you need a solid pair of work boots this is where to go.

I was in there earlier today and John helped me find a new pair of work boots for the conditions i work in. He told me how to take care of them and what products to use. Ill definitely be back.

The gentleman took great care of my husband even switched out his boots for a better fit and more expensive for no extra cost
