Thank you Roush Hardware for saving my grandson, Mason’s, 10th birthday. Mason was putting a screw in to hold a tire into a remote control car when the screw fell down the air vent. We couldn’t see it or get it out. We went to @Roush to find a new screw. The worker there looked through several bins and online. He listened to the story again and suggested that we try this twisty magnet. Mason did and found the screw. Birthday Saved!

Staple business in Westerville. Ever helpful, kind and knowledgeable staff. Love taking my kids for the popcorn just like I remember when I was their age.

Going to Roush Hardware is always a great stop. They are friendly and knowledgeable. They have so many items. Even when I think I won’t find “it,” they always have “it.” We recently moved to Westerville, and I was looking for a furnace filter—a type I have never seen before. The employee took me right to what I needed. I was in and out in no time! They have a great inventory of grilling and gardening supplies. They even have a toys area!

Always my first option for home improvement. Sure they don't have quite the selection of the big chains, but their staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are usually better as well. My dad used to bring me as a kid and I loved the free popcorn as I followed him around. Now my kids love the free popcorn while I shop!

Just shopped there today. One of the employees found me right away and asked me questions about my project and led me to the right equipment. The prices are also reasonable. I would go back there again and recommend it. Support a local business over a big franchise.

Staff here is extremely helpful and friendly. They cut about any type of key you need. Fun place for Dads to spend time just wondering and looking. Much easier than the big box stores.

You can find almost anything here! I enjoy walking the isles and each time I go I find something new I hadn’t seen before! I got some bubble Christmas lights and you can’t find those at other stores as easily! Overall, it’s a cool and unique hardware store that stands out from their corporation competitors.

Roush is a great small business. The employees truly want to help and are very kind. The owners work in the store and are so friendly. In addition to the typical hardware store items, they carry kids toys, gifts and other fun stuff. Definitely worth checking them out!

It's not a chain hardware store and is employee owned. It's a little expensive as a result but the extra cost is worth it. The staff is friendly and helpful. If you prefer to keep your money local and use it to keep small businesses alive, take your money to Roush.
