The Good Feet Store

I went to the good feet store yesterday. I was fitted and sent home with a relaxer. It was horrible, my feet and knees hurt! Today I went back to the store where I previously went and Dena helped me, she physically touched the insert on my foot, she felt and felt until she got exactly what she knew I needed. I left with my swag back. Thank you so much Dena, everyone should see her!

My wife and I visited the Good Feet store and both walked out with the new shoes and the 3-step system. Yes, it's a hefty investment but I think in the long run these will be good for our feet, knees, back, and overall health. I just wonder how much we could have saved if we had visited Good Feet earlier and avoided spending money on so many pairs of shoes needlessly to find the right fit/comfort! Sean was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and answered our questions throughout the entire presentation. No sales pressure or anything. Time will tell how things turn out, but so far so good. 👍

Gwen took time to explain each of the inserts and their functionality. She explained the benefits they would provide to my body and that they have a lifetime guarantee. I've tried other insoles and can already tell a huge difference just wearing the inserts for a few hours. My husband and I went grocery shopping afterward, I was wearing my rhinestone cowboy boots with the inserts in them, my knee doesn't hurt, my heels don't hurt and my back is pain free! Thank you Gwen for all your help and the wonderful information you shared about the inserts!

Dena was great. She was informative, professional, and friendly. The store was very clean and Shawn was also very friendly! After the free evaluation, I did end up purchasing inserts for my shoes. I'm on my feet for long hours at a time at the hospital and it felt great in my shoes! Thank you! I recommend!!

Sean was wonderful to work with. I went in for heal pain and walked out with no pain. Sean walked me through the entire process, explained everything and worked with me to fully understand what was best for me.

I have been struggling with pain for four or five years. I visited The Good Feet store in Grove City on Saturday. I cried while walking around the store in the custom orthotics because I finally experienced relief! The staff were so kind and respectful of our decision. They did not pressure us into purchasing anything however I was already sold. Anyone experiencing pain needs to go and be fitted. It will change your life.

Dena at the Grove City store was great. Explained things very well and hooked me up with a set of insoles. Feet and back are feeling better already.

It was August of 2020. I had returned home from our family reunion where I spent most of the time either sitting down or in bed with severe foot pain. The years of retail, on my feet for 8+ hours/day had me to the brink of thinking about life in a wheelchair.
The following Saturday I went to the Good Feet Store, without an appointment and during covid. Somehow they were able to squeeze me in. Glad they did. IT CHANGED MY LIFE.
They lady who helped me did her thing (can't remember her name, sorry) and then she placed inserts in my shoes, and had me stand up. When I stood up, with support under my arches, I felt this "wave" of relief go from my feet, all the way up my legs, to my lower back. It was amazing. I almost started to tear up a little. I've been wearing mine ever since, and my feet are good.
I feel the need to address some previous complaints on price. Yes, they're expensive. Have you ever tried to sell a single product, that you know a customer will likely only purchase ONCE? Many factors go into a product's Cost of Goods sold. Materials are just one, and then distribution, overhead, etc... The product is worth the price. If you disagree, that's fine. You're free to make your own and I truly wish you success. But to come on a public site, and post for all to see, that someone else should not be able to earn a living selling a much needed product is wrong. ESPECIALLY if you're in the medical field- we could certainly have a good time talking about the price of health care.
I used our HSA for my arch support system, but would have paid cash if I had to. I'm very thankful for The Good Feet Store, they provided me with a much needed solution to my problem. I wish I had checked them out sooner.

I had a great experience today. Sean was very thorough when going through the the process of finding the right supports, and made sure that I fully understood everything.

I work construction on my feet all day was at a point where I couldn't walk more than 50 yards without my hips hurting so bad I couldn't walk. I had these arch supports 3 days. I got them on Saturday monday I could walk all day without pain. I'm a firm believer and recommend them to everyone that will listen.
