My visit was more than I could have hoped for. I have a complex issue due to cancer and having my calf muscle removed. My visit was about issues related to foot drop, pain and muscle atrophy. Dr explained why I've been feeling more differences over the years. Gave me options and I came out of the office feeling so much better. Looking forward to my next visit. Great office and staff. Thanks to all.

I’ve been to Hilliard Family Podiatry twice. Both times have been a pleasant experience even though I was getting ingrown toenails cut back! I just had the permanent procedure completed and it went great. Reception, Medical Assistants, and Dr Patel are all friendly and make the process easy and low-stress. I would recommend their services to friends and family.

I had an appointment with Dr. Patel today and he was super warm and kind, answered all of my questions honestly and made sure I understood things. I was nervous about visiting a podiatrist but I would highly recommend Hilliard family podiatry and Dr. Patel! You can tell he really cares about his patients.

Dr. Trinidad is the best. I have been having extreme foot pain in my left foot since December 2019 and I would of had to have surgery by now if l didn't have her help. She has so many ideas and resources to help with foot pain. She literally thinks of everything to help you and truly cares about her patients. I suggest anyone with foot problems to go see her. She is definitely the best at keeping you on your feet.

Great office! Friendly staff, helpful and personable doctor, talked to me as an equal but with professional educated answers to my concerns. Assured my worries, addressed my issues and gave several options for care. Really listened to the whole story of my wellness issues and addressed me as a whole. HIGHLY recommend!

The receptionist & Elonda were friendly and kind. Dr. Thomas did a great job, was very professional, and had me in and out in no time. I will definitely come back for future issues!

I had an appointment with Dr. Patel today. Feet can sometimes be a very touchy subject for folks Dr.Patel was most gracious and kind put me at ease. I would recommend that anyone who's looking for a good podiatrist contact this family Podiatry group in Hilliard.

Dr. Trinidad is a life saver. She is so nice and kind as well as gentle with her patients. It's just like being with family and would definitely recommend her to everyone!

After years of dealing with a foot pain, Dr Trinidad was able to find the source and within a few session had the issue and the pain under control. So happy with my experience with this office and will continue to come back.

I have had a great experience with Dr. Trinidad. Through her practice, I was able to resurface some older orthotic inserts and now they are as good as new (maybe even better), and I liked the service so much I purchased a second set for another pair of shoes. They are awesome - and they were ready very quickly.
Dr. Trinidad also helped me with a sickly looking toenail that appeared to have an infection. I am not keen on taking medication if I don't have to - and Dr. Trinidad was very receptive to trying other approaches. It took longer and I did opt for a procedure that was more invasive than just a med, but I'm super excited to say that it has fixed the problem and I have a normal nail growing back again. Can't wait to buy some new sandals :-)

Dr. Trinidad was simply amazing!!! Both visits with her have been perfect she is so clean and clear while working and explaining what she is doing. He beside manner is impeccable. Most people only leave feedback on Google if they have a bad experience but her service was so above and beyond that I felt compelled to let anyone reading this know how excited I am to have found a great doctor to help with my families needs.

I did not have an appointment scheduled but I stopped in to make an appointment to have an in grown nail removed and they saw how infected it was and removed it right then. They are very nice and professional and they really take care of their patients

The first time Dr. Tinidad treated me, she was working at a clinic in Reynoldsburg. When I found out she had left to open her own practice, I was so disappointed, Dr. Trinidad is one of the sweetest, most caring doctors I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. She is very thorough and gentle. She takes her time. She listens to all of my concerns and I never feel rushed. Her staff is very friendly and I have never had to wait to be seen more than a few minutes. I live in Pataskala and I now drive to Hillard to have Dr. Trinidad treat me. It is worth the drive to get such excellent care. I highly recommend Dr. Trinidad and Hillard Family Podiatry!

I've been a patient of Dr. Trinidad's for approximately4 years now, when we moved here to Ohio from NJ. From my very 1st visit, she has shown me nothing but extremely wonderful care, concern, and thoughtfulness. I see her once every 6 weeks since then. She has ALWAYS been professional, intelligent, and friendly to me. Her caring attitude towards her patients is obvious from day one. At my appointments, I have no anxiety whatsoever because I know that I'm in good hands (or should I say feet! lol) Whatever the medical issue that I may have regarding my feet, she's quick to diagnosis & treat, always with 100% certainty. She's one of the best doctors that I see, and unfortunately I have many different medical issues. I highly recommend Dr. Trinidad & entire office for anyone who made need podiatric services! Her warm personality and caring staff will have you feeling like you are a member of the "family". Pun intended! haha So put your best foot forward and schedule your appointment today!!

Dr Trinidad is very patient and kind. She is a talent and knowledgeable physician. She is so great with her patients.

This practice is AMAZING! Jennifer and her staff are very professional, courteous, and friendly. She addressed my issues and took care of them in a very timely manner. Do yourself, and especially your feet, a favor by patronizing this practice. My feet have never been happier! I am just sad that I will not get to see their friendly faces since I am no longer in pain.

Dr Patel is wonderful. He always puts the patients needs first. Been going to him and the staff for over a year. I highly recommend coming here for all you foot and ankle needs

The whole staff is nice. Free coffee, nice kids area. Doctor Thomas is very easy going and the whole process is smooth and speedy. Very pleased with this location after 3 visits. Also glad to say that thanks to Doctor Thomas my feet are finally getting better:)

Had a good experience here today. I felt that they were respectful and professional, and took my issue seriously. They were able to figure out what is most likely causing my foot pain, explained it to me clearly, and sold me orthotics to use to help with it. We'll see if it works, but if nothing else I felt that I was treated well and they seemed to know what they were doing.

Update 12/19/2022: The orthotics worked.
