The Tea Lab

I can't remember if I've left a review here before, but these guys are fantastic. I went there once a couple years ago and found that they stock my favorite tea, and since I live far away I've been ordering from them ever since. I ordered a bunch of tea for shipping today (like maybe two hours ago) and they've already packed it up and it's awaiting shipment. Everything always arrives promptly and perfectly, and often with a sample of some new and interesting blend. Great quality tea, wonderful service. Love this place!

I've gotten green tea and white tea from Tea Lab twice now; I will definitely keep going back. The employees working behind the counter have always been patient, polite, and helpful. The product has always been of good quality and worth the price, especially with the bulk discounting. This is a great place for someone with a casual to moderate interest in tea.

They’ll make any of their over 100 teas for you iced to order. Super fun to go, smell the sample tubes, and pick out a tea.

First time customer. The staff is very helpful and the quality of the tea is outstanding. I prefer basics - green and black teas - and they have several excellent varieties.

The shop also carries a variety of hardware.

A note on parking: There are meters in front but there are also spots on Belle.

I love it here. I am a regular customer & will continue to be. The staff is very knowledgeable and willing to answer questions. There is a wide variety of tea to choose from as well as tea accessories and some pastries. I highly recommend Evergreen, which is a seasonal winter green tea. Also, anticold is a must buy for any Cleveland resident at it really does hello to kick a cold.

Love their loose leaf tea options! So flavorful and fresh. I love to mix and experiment with different tea blends from their shop. Even had a discount on purchases over $55 when you order online!

Anything besides your basic tea we get from here. Highly recommend. The moon goddess tea is a must for menstrual cramps. Nothing more than cookies and small packaged snacks besides the tea, but you can get a cup to go along with your loose leaf teas. A few seats inside for sipping your tea.

My daughter and I just stopped in here and it was a lovely place! Very clean, full of wonderful things, and very friendly and helpful staff. I wish there was a store like this in my town, I would be a regular!

The Tea Lab features a lovely selection of high quality, loose leaf teas and accessories. I always spend too much time perusing the samples - they all smell divine. In my experience, the staff has always been helpful, too, providing great recommendations.

Best tea EVER! My favorite by far. Thank goodness they have an online store, I moved from Cleveland to the Southwest about two years ago and can't find any tea that I like as much! My faves are Balance, Agni, Blueberry Ginger, and Yoga Flex

I stopped in to The Tea Lab this evening with a friend of mine and we were both so happy with the service and the brewed tea we selected!
The first thing that struck me when I walked in was how delightful the shop smelled. I couldn't place what the scent was, but it was so comforting. They have clearly marked spaces for social distancing, touchless payment available, printed tea menus, and hand sanitizer.
The woman who assisted us was very knowledgeable and kind. Along with an extensive tea selection, they also carry a wide array of tea accessories (electric kettles, mugs, standard kettles, tea eggs, containers, etc ). I'm so glad Tea Lab is right around the corner!

Finding ANY tea on the west side can be difficult. Thank the various gods for the Tea Lab. You’re going to find what you like here; there are a ton of varieties. Also, they have a parking lot in the rear which can be rare for Lakewood businesses. Very convenient and the staff and owners have been knowledgeable.

My daughter & I went today for the first time! The man behind the counter was super helpful and patient! Came home & tried my Wild Cherry & fell in love with it. Bought several other flavors! I still have more I will try!! Highly recommend!!! Thank you for the great service!

If you need tea this is the place to be. There are so many to choose from. Sold by the ounce for you to take home you can get a cup to go too. Everyone there is super helpful and knowledgeable about the different types of tea. I encourage you to check it out.

They also have anything you could need from personal sized teapots to gorgeous travel mugs, ice tea pitchers, and tea storage.

My daughter and I like teas so we went into the store...we saw it in passing. There was a Tangerine tea for sampling that was very good. We ordered an iced berry tea and took an oz. of Kombucha Plum to go. The woman that was working was extremely helpful and super sweet.

Going to The Tea Lab is a delight. So many teas to choose from and they're all high-quality. Perfect if you are big into tea and also perfect for a beginner who is trying it out. Highly recommend.
