Karen K in the pharmacy not only snapped at my disabled mother TWICE on the phone (impatient while we had questions about an appointment), but she was also rude in person AND had us standing waiting while she had a personal convo with someone . After a hip replacement, that’s not ok, and Karen knew what she was doing. She kept looking over.

Some people take joy in using their small bit of influence to assert control. She is one of those people. Get your prescriptions filled elsewhere.

If you’re management, this is the sort of treatment that you wouldn’t pick up on unless customers bother to tell you. Be careful.
