B&K Rootbeer

This is a great little drive up diner! Food was better than expected, and the service was great. The young blonde girl we had was very helpful and polite. It's definitely worth the visit.

They now accept credit cards which is not something they always did.

Wanted to try some place new but close to home, that's not an easy feat. But we did it, I am just sad that we have not come here sooner!! It's is decent priced and the service was more friendly than our normal drive up hot dog place. The coney sauce was very good and tasted like homemade. The root beer was awesome, and their poppers and sloppy jo sandwiches were super yummy. Our waiter/car hop was super friendly and our food was finished very quickly. We will certainly be back!!

What is there to say about this amazing place! As a cuyahoga falls transport I have come to understand how important this drive in is! Under new ownership, they do accept credit cards now which is always a plus. Their burgers are UNREAL and so delicious without the grease y-ness if some "fast food" burgers. The cheese fries are delicious as well. Service is good but be prepared to wait a little bit as they make your food to order! I always do take away but your always welcome to eat in your car. If you drive buy but never stop to get a bite to eat I recommend highly!

Delicious! We stopped here while traveling and so glad we did! The food was good! Simple menu, great for kids, and the ice cream was sooooo good! Burgers were really good! Met the owner Craig while we were there and had great conversation with him. Thanks so much for the Rootbeer! This will definitely be a must stop at along our route whenever we travel through Akron.

To come by such a place with aesthetic and comfort, what a treat! My family and I traveled on vacation and we're surprised to come by such a cute little restaurant! The CHEAPEST place around too!! We were SHOCKED by how inexpensive this place was. Not to mention their homemade house root beer floats were AMAZING. I would recommend that anyone passing by should stop for a bite to eat at B&K's

Hidden Gem. The best food for the value. Terrific burgers and coney dogs. The root beer and fried foods are delicious. You can not beat the price and the service is good! Old school drive up. Definitely make a stop at B&K Rootbeer!

Ordered onion rings. Omg!! Best ever!! Root beer was so good, we took home a gallon when we left. Service fast, cheerful. Highly recommend!!!!!

Stopped in for dinner on a Friday night and it didn't disappoint! We ordered a double cheeseburger, jumbo slaw dog, cheese sticks, sweet potato fries and 2 rootbeers. Everything was really good, and came out fresh & hot. You might wait a bit longer than other car hop type places but it's worth it. The dog was cooked on the grill which put it over the top. Burger was juicy and a mouthful. Sweet potato fries & cheese sticks were cooked perfect also, we just had no complaints. Rootbeer was super cold in the glass mugs which we always look forward to. Staff was nice, came back and checked to see if we needed anything and if food was good. Great spot to take you back in time to the old style rootbeer stands!

I enjoyed this local place ! Cute drive in that also has picnic table dinning as a option . Enjoyed my Cheese burger , Root Beer float in the mug And Tots !! The Coney dog was the Best thing I had ! It kinda tastes like Sloopy Joe mixed with Chili . Never had before and now I’m hooked .

I'm not sure exactly what I was expecting to find when we searched out a place to dine and found this place. However, I am glad we made the choice to dine here.

The restaurant itself is an old-fashioned drive-in where you sit in your car and the wait staff come to your car, and your food is served with the old tray on the window.

What an awesome place. The food was amazing, and their old-fashioned root beer was even better. Highly recommend this place. We will definitely return when we come back to the area.

Just got a milkshake but have had their food before. I love this place. They gave my dog a pup cup.

My kids favorite is the rootbeer float but this hamburger right here packs a lot of flavor. You can choose your fixin. I specially love just sitting in the car nowhere to go with good food and fantastics drinks.

Can’t beat the prices for the quality of food you get not a fan of the cheese sauce but everything else really good

This place takes me back to simpler times and it's even more relaxing. I got two gallons of root beer for later. I'm looking forward to trying more from the menu.

What an excellent visit! The food was excellent, prices are great, and the service was top notch. The family who owns and operates it were so friendly and quick to start up a conversation, making us feel welcome. This type of place is a nice reminder of how a simple menu and a friendly staff can lead to a wonderful experience. I’ve been to a lot of burger places or places that just have good burgers.. but B&K is by FAR the best I’ve been to! The young man who took our order was very polite and even offered to have our orders placed in separate bags (4 orders total) then he even labeled them in the order they were read off! The wait time wasn’t long either.

The burgers themselves though were out of this WORLD!!! Greasy, cheesy and exactly what I was looking for due to a random craving. My kids are picky and not the biggest fans of burgers and they loved them! The cream cheese poppers weren’t even super spicy, they were perfect and the Mac n cheese bites/tater tots were also fantastic! We will absolutely be returning.. this is legit my new favorite spot!
