Genesis of Bedford

Bought a 2024 GV80 from Genesis of Bedford. Bob Randall took the lead and Kourtney Nannarone handled some of the nuts and bolts. Bob was a consumate professional and was quick to make sure I saw what I needed. He was a "no pressure" kind of guy which was refreshing.

Kourtney did a lot of the other aspects of the sale outside of showing the cars, and she was very knowledgeable about the whole Gensis lineup and their tech features. She immediately made me feel like I was talking to an old friend. It felt like she enjoys what she does.

I also want to mention the trade in evaluator (can't remember his name) who, although he drove a hard bargain, also took the time to speak with me like a real human being about life stuff and not just cars.

Generally, these three sales people made the experience painless, interesting, and enjoyable. I would buy a car from them again, hopefully, next time at a stand alone Genesis dealership.

Bob will have you in a new Genesis within the hour. He streamlines the paperwork, has a great personality and works hard to seal the deal. You will be sad to leave, even though you are in a new car

I rarely write reviews but I have been so impressed that I decided to do one. I had an excellent experience with this company. I was admittedly hesitant to buy a car from them sight unseen but their professionalism and straight forward approach put me at ease. In particular I was impressed by their representative Summer Sulzer. I have yet to meet a more competent and thorough professional. Summer was extremely knowledgeable, contacted the manufacturer to get additional info for me and kept me apprised every step off the way. She even called me on her day off to answer my questions. I probably would not have completed this transaction without her. I highly recommend this company and particularly Ms. Sulzer.
