Marco's Pizza

I'm changing my review from 1 star to 5 stars on principle. I was locked out of car and wasn't able to pick up my pizza . I called them to explain & ask to have my pizza remade and the did . Thank ya'll 😊 I'm still going to leave up my old pictures from the trash I used to get . I'll be fair and post a picture of today's pizza ,which was nice .

Just visited this store for the first time in a while and when I tell you they are a complete 360 from what I recall. The food was fresh and the wait was not long, not to mention the customer service I received was so welcoming and helpful, im forsure going to make this my home pizza place. Great job to whoever the GM is!

Been several times. Typical pizza pickup/delivery spot. The staff is usually friendly. Service is fast. Food is really good.
Last time I went, I created my own pizza. Regular toss, white sauce, light garlic on crust, pepperoni, grilled chicken and bacon. Yum! They forgot to add my red dipping sauce. But I forgot about it too, and it wasn't an additional cost. So I am not complaining. They were really really busy that night.

Great customer service gtreeted me smiling face had 3 lare pepperoni pizzas made to oder had it all done in 15 mintues the young man in there this morning is awesome keep him

We ordered a pizza with toppings it was delicious. Very good crust, plenty of toppings & cheese. I couldn't believe the fast delivery within 25 mins. The prices are reasonable. I'll be ordering again! Thank you

The employees worked together as a team and got the job done! They were very pleasant and on top of things. It's not often you see this and the Manager/ Owners should be proud. Especially it being Superbowl Sunday! I visited twice that day picking up order's for other people. Just exceptional service all around!

They had two new people working with two experienced workers. It was the Monday after Christmas and apparently nobody wanted to cook. These people were swamped. I picked up my order order but when I got home the pizza was a mess. And they forgot icing for the cinnasquares. I went back to the store and they replaced everything on the order, even things they got right. The new pizza was perfect. Great customer service under a great amount of pressure considering how busy they were.

The last time I was here it was beyond awful, that was a few months ago. This time it was a refreshing experience! My pizza was perfectly hot, and ready when I got there. The cashier pleasant and cheerful! It looks like a whole new team. Thank you guys, my pizza was delicious! I will be back! 😊🤗

We had a little problems regarding are order but i went to the store just to recive he best pizza i have ever tasted in my life. it was fresh and made perfectly 10/10 must try again .(;

New to Cleveland, been to a few pizza joints and this is one of my top 3. The crust with garlic sauce is the bomb diggity!!! I had one mishap and when I called it in, Richard was very understanding and gave me a credit towards my next order. Great customer service, great prices and fantastic food. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

The manager identified an issue with my order before I did. He apologized that it would take a few more minutes to correct and gave us free cinnamon squares! Great job! Oh yeah, and the food was good!

Only the second time my husband and I have been here and we were greeting with a nice friendly welcome when we walked in the door and remembered from last time which was a few weeks back. I would have to say that this has to be the Best pizza I have ever had including pizza from back home in Australia.
They Aim to please I tend to not like too much sauce on my pizza and most places just ignore the request for less. Well when I got home and bit into the first slice. I was in Heaven!! It was perfect. And the pizza crust omg. Just seriously if your not sure about this place give it a try you won’t be disappointed. Friendly people, amazing pizza. My favourite place to go for pizza. Will be back for sure.

It's was cool food was good too

I ordered a white chessy pizza with pepperoni, it was simply delicious. Even the next day, heated in the oven, it was like new. I ordered online and it was ready when I arrived. The staff was friendly too.

I love this Marco's. Been getting pizza here since the 90s!!!
Then, and now, it's the best pizza for my health and tastebuds from a major chain. I could and can always digest it- I lived in Europe most recently for a while - sometimes American food can be harsh on my digestion - but not Marco's - then and now - I don't know what they are doing - but they are doing it right. Good Ingredients !!!!!

This location's staff are EXCELLENT - from the meal to the delivery (my delivery person CHECKS to make sure my order is right !!!! before picking it up!), it's prepared right and the positivity of the delivery person, whomever it may be, makes me think management at this location, as well as corporate, are really doing something right.

The Best Ingredients, The Best Employees, The Best Pizza - Marco's Pizza.

We just moved here from Columbus, in February, and Marco's was the second pizza place we tried, and we have ordered there over 10 times! We've enjoyed trying the different menu items, but definitely have our favorites. I highly recommend trying them.

Oh my God. I have 2 pizzas last night from Marco's the ultimate cheese and I added sausage and the ultimate pepperoni. The best pizza in the city. If you have not tried Marco's what are yiu waiting for. You wont be disappointed.

Anthony and Dezi has good personality. My wait one was short and the time I was waiting for my pizza they kept me entertained. I like friendly service. I recommend anyone to stop in
