Dollar Tree

I luv this dollar Tree. The one in my area always low on stock and can't never find what I see other people post in their Dollartree tree stores. Always clean and the cashiers are very friendly.

Items are usually scattered every where but that's pretty common you know how people shot they pick something up and decide they don't want it so they set it down somewhere else but for the most part clean staffs friendly helpful quick check out the only downside is they tend to close early

Dollar tree customers, you want a clean store? Want things stocked in a timely manner? You want pleasant cashiers! Please do your part. Be pleasant to the cashier as you would want the cashier to be to you!
Please don’t take frozen food like ice cream and leave in different parts of the store, once you realize you don’t want it!
Put the items back where you got them from once you decide you don’t want them. This will free the stockers up to do stock instead of doing recovery. Patience is a quality the few of us have. We want what we want when we want it we don’t wanna wait in line. I remember when you were out shopping so is the rest of the world and they will always be alone wherever you go. When shopping at dollar tree if you keep that in mind I will greatly appreciate it and I will help you experience be much better.

I visited the Shore Center Drive location on September 1st at 5:16 PM and was rung out by Lisa. While I DID just speak to the manager and told her all about my positive, pleasant experience with Lisa as my cashier, I wanted to take the opportunity to post on this forum as well so that my experience could be read by and shared with all of you and seen by as many people as possible. In a day and age when good customer service is hard to find, I like to go out of my way to compliment and recognize the people that truly deserve it. Lisa is always super friendly and helpful, and always has a smile on her face. It is obvious that she genuinely likes her job and her customers, and walking into that store and seeing her working always puts a smile on my face because it ensures that I will have yet another pleasant, positive experience at that location. Dollar Tree, keep up the good work on hiring and training your associates, and Lisa, keep doing what you do!

It was mad crazy in this store which I already had a feeling it would be since it was the say before Valentine day! I finished up my shopping got in line 4 only two people in front of me when i notice I forgot one of the main items I came in for i told my son stay stay in line so we wouldn't loose our spot he did just that I proceeded down the aisle we stood in front of grabbed what I needed in less then 10 seconds got back to my son saw a woman cut in front of him then she looks at me and says she closed the cashier closed the line . I said how did she close the line when you cut in front of my baby? So I looked at the cashier and told her this woman cur in front of my baby we had been standing here she looked at me and said it's ok ma'am I will still take you. I thought that was very nice on her end. Just wanted to thank her again for not getting an attitude and putting the customer first!

I went to the dollar tree in Willoughby hills. I found everything I was looking for. The cashier lady at the checkout was very pleasant and friendly. I will come back again. Good service.

It was a good experience they were short of help the line was very long a young lady opened the other line she was very efficient and cleared the line in a timely matter

The Dollar Tree means everything is a dollar that's the best place you can go for your paper goods cleaning Goods Tupperware Goods. I bring my neighbor's twin boys give them $5 for each and they can get 5 different things toys candy books something to surprise mommy or daddy with for a dollar you can't find it nowhere else so a dollar is a good deal so Dollar Tree is a highly recommended on my list have a great shopping experience at Dollar Tree.

I can find almost anything I want instead of going to big box stores. Sometimes I don't need a large amount. Just the right size for a single person or someone with a bunch of kids.

Long lines, no hassle! Cashier called for help instantly when she noticed her line was an issue due to a true shopper.

This store has a lot of good stuff. Kashi cereal, San Pellegrino drinks, Plastic recorders so you child can practice for cheap. :), swimming goggles. It's awesome! Please patronize.

Today's visit was a good one. They must have just restocked. Clean...organized...well stocked. Found everything I needed...and didn't need.

Love the store have so many beautiful thing the store and just a $1.25. I shop there alots

Some new finds as well as the old. Love cleaning products. Most of the time lines open so register lines aren't long

They never have enough cashiers. Always s long line. Otherwise I like shopping there just wish they would work on the long lines.

Gave it five because of the staff, the store is kind of small, but I he staff does their best in keeping it organized.

Friendly staff, clean location, great selection. Everything is a dollar! Love this store
