This store has wonderful customer service and the staff takes the the time with you to find exactly the right shoes and accessories for your feet. There are special computer programs to assess your feet as far as size, height of arch, width etc. Would recommend to get a pair of shoes to support your feet specifically. It is worth the trip.

I was highly impressed with the customer service I received at this store. I never knew anything about my feet or the type of shoes I should wear. I was also introduced to wearing inserts and the feetures socks and they are absolutely amazing. You just do not find this level of personalized service anywhere else these days. For that reason I will only buy my athletic shoes from here from now on. Thank you Fleet Feet for standing out amongst the rest with awesome service and great products. I am one happy customer!

Very good customer service and attention. They focus on several brands of running shoes and will help you find the size and insole that works best for your feet, which my husband swears by. Would recommend.

Staff was very helpful and caring. Even though they were very busy, they didn't rush me at all. When I wasn't happy with the first shoes suggested he helped me to find a couple pairs that worked perfectly.

The associate was so incredibly helpful in finding the sneakers that fit my needs. From the foot scan, to recommendations about the styles to try, I was very happy with my time spent in the store. They helped me find sneakers that are so incredibly comfortable, and probably not something I would have chosen on my own. I will definitely be going back.

Stopped into Fleet Feet today and was fitted for a great shoe! Heather was wonderful explaining every step. Once my feet were measured we tryed on a few pairs of shoes and found the ones that fit. Respecting my time and helping me get the fit I needed.

Customer service is outstanding! They help me find a perfect shoe every time. I started going here when I had plantar fasciitis and haven't had any issues since I started going here. Wouldn't buy my running/workout shoes anywhere else!

I would highly recommend Fleet Feet for your need in athletic footwear. The clerks are allows pleasant and great about fully analyzing your foot, weight placement and stride, (as well as asking how you are using the shoes) which results in being led to multiple options of footwear that could work for you and your needs. I'm always pleased with my purchase and if I do have any issues after the purchase, I know they will be there to assist and solve.
