Dunkin'

they always make my coffee as I want it and breakfast sandwiches are better than other fast food- and my vegetarians can get egg sandwiches All day! Need more Dunkin shops!

This is the best location I have been to. The girl making my drink made it perfect!! I had to call and thank them for doing so great. I recommend this location. Especially the afternoon crew 🫡

Always clean with friendly staff and well stocked

I go here a lot. The people who run it seem very nice and always make my coffee right. They even know my name by my order in the morning 😂 Some places make the coffee different every time I order the same thing, but here they make it the same every time I order and that's a big reason I keep going back. I also love the grilled cheese melts.

The owners are super nice and very understanding! The staff is just as amazing. They never disappoint!

I go here weekly mainly for coffee and I don’t believe I’ve ever had a bad order.

I’ve got to say I am a frequent Dunkin’ customer of various locations and this one is my favorite! They always take extra care to make sure that your order is correct, and the staff is always extremely friendly. Even if you are not a super frequent customer they will remember you by your order. This is the only place I am willing to wait 20 minutes in line when it’s out to the road, because I know I will get great service once I make it up there

We go every Wednesday morning and they always give my dog 2 donut holes! Very nice people that work there.

I absolutely love Dunkin Donuts coffee but the service at this particular location is beyond horrible. They are always out of things, they never get orders right, and it is very frustrating.

They are under new management/ownership and this place is literally night and day different than before. Quick service, friendly staff, great food and drinks!!!

This is my favorite Dunkin. They have held it down through these last few crazy years during hard times. Even when short staffed, they always make it through. The employees are so kind and always smiling which definitely puts a smile on my face.

Been here almost every day for the last month. I like the pink velvet latte, it's been my treat for when I'm studying. Macha latte is also good, and the strawberry pomegranate drink.

Had not been in Dunkins in a long time due to poor service during last visit, but I got a gift card for christmas. I was pleasantly surprized, the young man who waited on me was very polite and sweet. Donut holes I ordered were tasty.

I've visited over 400 different Dunkins across the US and this one in Chardon is by far the best!!!!

Service was great, and friendly, there are many sugary delicious treats to choose from...... It's just a little strange not being able to walk inside, you're just allowed to go to the drive up in chardon.... It is what it is!!

I never time it right here. I'm usually 10th in line at the drive-through on any given day. However, the line advances steadily and the staff are super!

The employees are very nice and friendly! I do go there just about everyday. Yes I get orders messed up, but their human! I will continue vusuting!
