Nice furniture and soft cozy blanket ! Highly recommend LoveSac to others. It’s little bit pricey but quality is good! I just got the blanket last year from ordering it from LoveSac website. Customer service was wonderful and answered my questions to my satisfaction! Pillow sac I tried in showroom is nice and comfy to sit in it.

I love my new couch and love seat. High quality and ingenious design. Easy to put together just a bit time consuming unpacking everything. Great experience!

I cannot express enough how helpful and amazing Brandon and Joshua were. My fiancé and I were there for two days trying to make decisions. They were both incredibly patient and knowledgeable! Truthfully, I felt bad because my fiancé and I did a bunch of research and smacked Brandon and Joshua with a ton of questions. They answered them honestly by giving us the pros and cons of each. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. All I know is when I need configuration help, I'm going back in there and bugging Brandon. He's a wizard. To both of you, thank you for dealing with us for two days. Especially, on the holiday. Excited to be part of the Lovesac family ❤

From the two gentleman in the showroom to set up everything was seamless. Watch the video,the tops were great. I love my new sofa. I went with standard on cushions and it is perfect

Joshua was so nice and helpful! He took the time to explain the different fabric choices and the different sizes of the sac!!! He was also very patient on the phone.

Darnell was awesome. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. I wish all sales people were like him! At one point he was the only one working and several customers came in, he handled it with confidence and grace. A true pro!!!

We had spent time online reviewing Lovesac and their Sactionals then went into the store to touch and fell. We basically knew what configuration we wanted and working with Brandon he made the sale process very easy and answered all of our questions.

Sydney was extremely personable and took her time to review all the products with me. I felt she provided outstanding customer service as well as excellent product knowledge to sell me an amazing new comfy couch. I was able to experience each couch and other products to know exactly what I wanted to buy. Thank you again Sydney for your kindness and service. Truly grateful to you.

Had a wonderful experience at this store. Darnell helped me out and was super knowledgeable about all of the different products they sell, and very patient with my indecisiveness! I’ve also had to reach out to customer service several times (nothing Lovesac did wrong, because of my own mistakes) and everyone there has also been kind, knowledgeable and helpful. The furniture is a bit expensive in my opinion but from what I hear it really lasts a long time and is quite versatile and customizable. Still waiting to be able to fully assemble mine so I can’t say much about comfort, but it was really comfy at the store!

One thing I would suggest to the store/company is to have more samples at the store of the different fabrics, or at least to mention there are more options than what is at the store. After visiting the store I went on the website and was surprised at how many more options there were.

Stasha at Legacy Village was a complete joy to work with. She made the buying experience easy, painless and fun. We came in knowing what we wanted but Stash confirmed it was the right fit and configuration for us. She asked us questions to future proof ourselves and was friendly and fun throughout the process. We ordered on a Saturday and our sactional is set to be delivered the following Wednesday! Hoping it’s as easy to put together as the entire buying process was! Thank you Stasha!

Lovesac is awesome! They have such high quality furniture and it’s module and easy to handle. The showroom was a great way to get an understanding of the different options and to play with configurations and color patterns. The showroom manager, Rena, made our buying experience a breeze! I also give them props for their support of military members who they know may have to move a lot throughout their career!

We didn’t plan on buying but after the great service and knowledge of our customer service team (Brandon and Stasha) we decided to buy right then. We will receive it this Friday and are very excited to set it up.

Luke was very knowledgeable and showed us how easy it would be the take apart and change our sleep number. He helped us make our choices and was patient even with some computer issues. We are excited that our couches will be arriving later today and so surprised by how quickly we are able to get them

My experience at Lovesac was great! Our sales associate was knowledgeable and friendly. The store is super clean and the process of selecting and purchasing our Lovesac took less than 45 minutes. My husband and I can’t for it to be delivered.

I love my new sactional. The pieces and covers were delivered and with some help from the family were put together and set up the same day. The instructional video was extremely helpful and saved us from a lot of mistakes. I would highly recommend it.

Had a great experience at the Legacy Village Love-Sac showroom store. Traci explained everything throughly. She was very polite and professional. Paulette was very sweet and professional too. She explained some things too. These two have great personalities. I will be ordering from this showroom store because of those two ladies.

While the product is pricy, the product is very high quality. I have owned a lovesak for years and it is comfortable. Today I decided to upgrade my covers. Highly recommended for areas that cannot fit traditional furniture. A total Investment that will last a lifetime. Kid and dog friendly. A++

I love my couch and how versatile it is. Replacement covers, especially neat ones, are expensive but the look, feel, and functionality are great! The staff is super helpful in figuring out the best configuration for your needs.

Both Luke, who assisted me in the store and Dante, who completed my sale over the phone were knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. They demonstrated a solid knowledge of their products and were helpful without being aggressive or pushy.

I went into the Lovesac store about a month ago to ask questions about the Sactional, Sydney and Luke spent about a half hour answering all the many questions that I had. Since then I have called the store several times and spoke with Sydney, Luke, & Ryan who have patiently answered more of my questions. Today Lovesac was having a sale and I was stuck at work so I called and asked Sydney if I could place an order over the phone if I could not make it in, she helped me design a Sactional sent me pictures and then redesigned it. I was able to make it into the store at the last minute, Sydney, Ryan, and the new guy Brandon all spent time assuring me that I was making a great decision. If the Sactional is half as good as the service I will be happy.
