After an issue that was not the fault of Kircher's, we were sent this beautiful arrangement with an apology card. They really are the best at what they do and the people are great. Gone to them for many years and plan to for many more!

I was amazed by the level of customer service I received today. I was there for my first time this morning and I will definitely be returning in the spring! I believe I was helped by a woman named Connie who took her time showing me the store and the plants. She was very sweet, knowledgeable and helped me choose some new house plants. I would hands down recommend this florist to anyone - even if it's just to walk around and enjoy the flowers.

I ordered a flower arrangement for my boyfriend & his family because they lost there cat today, who has been with them for 20 years. The staff was so nice & sweet. The lady helped me over the phone pick out a cat angel & an arrangement, she was telling me the cheapest options, & ideas. They made it the same day I ordered it & delivered it for me! Within an hour max. I was kinda nervous because I didn’t see it before it got sent but when I seen pictures it was amazing! They all cried, thank you so much for shinning some light on a sad day!

through at the last minute. I rushed to Kirchers and I showed them my Idea and they exceeded my expectations. It was Everything that we wanted. A funeral is an emotional time to say the least, but Kirchers assured me everything would be ok and they came thru.
