I just bought my truck from Parker Wackerly. He was great to work with. Derek Hodge was my salesmen and he was so kind and helpful. I was having a lot of issues at different dealers trying to buy my first car, but once I found Derek, all my issues were resolved. He showed me many different options and worked with my wants and needs to help me find the perfect first car. He worked with me for about two hours and even stayed passed closing time to finalize my purchase. He was so kind and so patient and so helpful through the entire process. He is a wonderful salesperson. I would highly recommend him.

They assisted me immediately upon my arrival and quickly got me checked in. They promptly contacted me with the car's issue and gave me an honest estimate. Upon completion of the service they detailed the work that was done so that I could understand it clearly. So far the car is running smoothly again and I appreciated the stellar customer service.

We were texted in advance to confirm our appointment, the door was held open upon our arrival, we had an excellent and knowledgeable sales rep in Clayton, low pressure sales approach, friendly support staff. We had an amazing car buying experience at Spitzer Chevy in Northfield, OH. Our sales rep was Carmin Citraro and was great to work with. She gave us plenty of time to discuss the offer and we didn't feel rushed; we got to take as much time as needed. We would most definitely recommend Carmin, she is on your side and willing to work with you. She was very helpful in explaining everything in the offer, as well as, all the features in the vehicle. Even the finance mgr, Tom Bowens was super easy to work with as well! He made the paperwork process easy and stress-free. Overall, it was a much different feeling buying from Spitzer than any other dealership in the past.

I absolutely hate the car buying process, but Clayton was extremely helpful and understanding that I knew what I wanted and that I was there to make a deal. The service people are always friendly and helpful, I primarily like to deal with Pat because he is familiar with my vehicles. The techs are willing to explain what they found and what needs to be done to correct along with some options. The service manager (Andrew) is the best that I have ever dealt with.

Carmin is AMAZING! She was so flexible, communicative and enthusiastic throughout the whole process. When I arrived to test drive the new Trax, Carmin was working with someone else. She managed to take care of both of us and sell us both new cars without us feeling neglected.
She was so thorough explaining all the specs to me and went the extra mile to make sure I was set up with the Chevy app working as well as On Star. She stayed well after closing time to ensure I was set up right.

Serviced car, flushed brakes, oil change in preparing my 2022 Suburban for long trip. “All good” the service advisor tells my wife. 2000 miles away the oil “urgent change” message apppears. Open hood to check oil & find brake reservoir cap missing too. I’m in NOT good location. Called Spitzer to confirm they did the work…Yes. Or did they? Couldn’t trust the work so had to change oil. Found GM brake cap at a dealer. Spitzer failed to reset oil life & flubbed brake flush jeopardizing my family’s safety. See you at Spitzer Nov 9! Let’s see what they do?
Nov 14 update- Spitzer stepped up. Reimbursed for oil change & parts on road. Flushed brake system. Service manager very helpful resolving issues thank you. Will go back.

Carmen my salesman was very helpful and did everything she could to get me in the truck I wanted also the sales manager was very helpful in getting the payment I wanted , The financing manager was very helpful also WTH my paperwork and extended warranty.Evey one there was extremely nice and professional which is why I will always bye my vehicle from Spitzer. I will always recommend Spitzer to all my friends and family
