Penn Station East Coast Subs

Penn Station is probably my favorite chain sub place! I love the sandwiches, especially the cheese steak. The meet starts raw and is cooked on flat top with the onios and mushrooms, then put in the bread and toasted with the cheese. So good. Building is nice and new. About 6 tables inside, didnt see any outside. Expect about 10 mins wait for sandwich as they cook it all fresh when you order...but definitely worth the wait. Will be back many times.

So friendly when you come in always says hello. Even when I doordash. I love this place. 😀 great food and great attitudes.

First of all I love their food! Second their customer service is amazing! I put in an online order and got there and realized I sent it to the other Mentor location 🤦🏼‍♀ and the manager was so sweet and had his awesome staff make me my order again and even called and canceled at the other location for me. Literally this was all on me and they went above and beyond for me during my mess up!

Penn station is my favorite sub place. Personally nothing so far has come close to taste and service. I made the mistake of getting it to go once, I much prefer fresh at the table.

Usually go the other Penn Station in Mentor. Decided to try this different one. Michael made mine and my wife's sandwiches to perfection. They won me over with the presentation for dine in and brought it to us. It was fantastic! No pictures since we ate it so fast. Miranda was fantastic with cleaning down the station because of my wife's allergies. Gold stars all around!

Very good subs done right each time! Really tasty and quick! Place my order online and run by to pick it up! Very simple!

I'll tell you I came here for date night and it was fantastic! They were extra careful with my tomato allergy! Shout out to Michael, Miranda, Cayla took such good care of us! We will be coming back here I believe this is our new pen station home and what's better is it's closer to home. They need a raise! Above and beyond!!!💜💜💜💜

Very good service and food. The manager was great and it reflected in other staff. It's good to be greeted. That does not happen as much as it should these days.

Rachel and Chris are AWESOME! My lemonade (fresh squeezed), cheesteak sub, and chocolate chunk cookie were SO TASTY! CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH A SMILE AND EXCELLENT QUALITY FOR A GREAT PRICE! Changed my whole day for the better...mmm 😋gooood

I love their subs, always taste fresh and don't have that assembly line taste that many sub places do. Their fries are awesome! They're best with ketchup and vinegar.

The mentor location near Starbucks had a awesome cashier he had light skined and knew how to up sale and just really hospitable so rare these days I did give him the compliment in person buy just awesome employee that man knew what he was doing. !!!!!!!

Staffed and food are amazing.

Best Penn Station I've ever been to. The most employees, the gooiest cheese, the hottest meats, and the freshest fries. Watch out for those caffeinated Starbucks hooligans driving through.

My daughter and I are on a quest to find the best sub in Lake County and even though we are supposed to be trying new places every time, we keep circling back to here!!! Everyone is super nice and the subs are always perfect!!

Mentor is the place for subs. You got Jersey Mikes, Firehouse, Diabellas, and Penn Station. Penn Station is the best in my opinion. Go get yourself a cheese steak and you will be in sub heaven.

Yesterday I was having issues placing an order on the app, Oliver helped and issue was corrected. He was very pleasant and easy to talk with in regards to my issue. Nice employee!
