This non-profit organization is a true gem for anyone (adults and kids) in the community that needs a hot meal, a safe place to hang out or simply someone to talk to. It is run on 100% donations and the Director, Cindy, is genuine, kind and wears her heart on her sleeve. What a great place!

Cindy and her team are truly a blessing to our community! They provide food and a helping hand to kids and adults in need. Whether you just need a place to feel welcomed and be a part of a community or you are looking for a way to serve and give back to our community, cups cafe is the place to go. A great outreach to the community. You can get food, a warm place to sit, and even play some games. Free to those that need it, a smiling face will welcome you and serve you.

There are wonderful a true blessing to the community I love this place while I been struggling they helped me too be able too eat when I had no food there very nice people it feels like home when your there the staff are so helpful and make you feel very welcome love them for that true blessing

Been a volunteer for a few years. Cups is a Great place safe place for anyone who needs food and kind people to talk and listen to you. It's a non-profit organization, and everyone is Volunteer behind the counter.

It's also a great place to volunteer, just ask for Cindy the executive director she'll be more than happy to get you on the list.

It's a comfy at home feel. Seems that everyone knew each other. The food was good home cooking. And if u can donate dollars. GREAT. If u can't a thank you is acceptable just the same. Nobody goes hungry in Medina with Cups there. If we had a place like this in every city in the world, hunger would not exist. GOD BLESS CUPS CAFE..

Awesome place. All the volunteers are so sweet and welcoming. Always have a great selection of food and something my kids will eat as well. Love what they are doing for the community.

We were looking for a place to have lunch around Medina Ohio and happened upon Cups Cafe, what a surprise was in store for us. It's not the diner that I remembered from the 70's, it's a volunteer run restaurant that serves meals to school children who do not eat a meal before or after school and they also offer to feed adults and families as well as a food pantry that helps needy families get through hard times. The staff is non-denominational and they make you feel welcome as soon as you walk through the door.
If you are traveling through Medina it is on Pearl rd just North of the town square. Stop in for a really good cup of coffee and maybe donate a couple bucks to help a great cause.

Walked in here thinking it was your typical cafe. ..boy was I wrong! These guys help the needy. Feed you for free/donation and best of all. .. Give troubled kiddos a place to hang out and be themselves! The spirit and good vibes in this establishment are fierce! LOVE! !
