Giant Eagle Supermarket

The place is kept clean and well stocked. The selection is great and I’ve never had a problem finding what I need. Though I typically only get standard groceries, Giant Eagle has a lot to offer in terms of specialty sections (deli, bakery, flowers, pharmacy).

Went in at 4pm on a busy Tuesday. Seemed most items were stocked and ready for sale. Even had enough cashiers up front. Nicely done Giant Eagle

Giant Eagle is a real nice place to find hard to find items for your cooking and baking needs. Also a wide assortment of most items. Also fresh seafood and bakery for days.

The customer service at the Medina store is always good.Today,a lady named Lori,from "customer service" was so helpful! We are very grateful to her.

I was Visiting from Phoenix and I had to pick up a few things I'm used to the self checkout and the machines kept asking for my awards card and the Clerk was very helpful to me thanks 😊

Large selection of items. Large fresh fish department as well as meat counter.

I didn't notice an Eagle, giant or otherwise. They had a lot of stuff like you may find in a grocery or supermarket so I chose some, bought it, and took it home. So if you want stuff they have some. Still no Eagle. If you like the stuff. You can keep it.

Fuelperks plus price matching on prescriptions are all bonuses. Store remodeled for 2022 with new self checkouts. More efficient. Certain gift cards can NOT be bought at self checkout, they must be purchased at a "cashiered" register, including the online checkout. If online, there may be many days delay, just easier to go to store and pay at human check-out. Get your vaccines here for COVID, flu and pneumonia and get perks too. Note: Aetna benefits cards have to be cashiered by a store employee also.

Was there because I was visiting family. I thought it was clean, descent prices considering what Joe' has created. Not the store fault! The cashier was friendly and knowledgeable. Yes customer service is SO Important, and since they aced that a feel they r worthy of 5 🌟's

The selection and presentation of this store let's you know they pride themselves on being a step above the competition when it comes to customer satisfaction. I can always find great deals and dont feel rushed.

Same as always. Good selection! Not always the lowest prices for the same item. The meat, veggies and fruit are great. Try the pharmacy too! Very clean!

We shop online for curbside multiple times a month. It's usually always a big order as we are 2 adults and 5 children. The manager always goes above and beyond for us when we order. They have always been friendly and polite and the guys who normally put my order together always make sure I have something I need even if it's not the exact brand I picked. I know this is a standard thing when ordering curbside, however they really take it 1 step above. Anytime I've gotten the following people everything has been just amazing Brad, Andy, Brendan, Meagan, Charlie, Austin, Adam, Halle, Erin. This store should be very proud to have some of the kindest thoughtful and helpful curbside people I've encountered yet, I used to shop another close by stores curbside and now I only go here ❤

I'm so grateful for the amazing people who work at Giant Eagle! Sheila you are heaven sent. This Amazing Angel called 911 for my son. Saved his life! Great store great people loving people. Outstanding Community!!!!

Zachary in butcher department was so wonderful in helping me understand which standing rib to order for our special Christmas Eve Dinner -& worked with curb side & personally went out of his way to call me. He recommended transferring to Kathy in seafood who assisted & we ordered less items, better quality & all on sale. & at the counter for pick up this AM - we so appreciate them going above and beyond so writing this 5 star review so it does not go unnoticed. The store seem to be fully stocked with all products. It was nice going into a store that looked normal. I do love the Sushi Bar! The sushi is always made fresh and delicious.

The staff is always so kind and friendly here. Contrary to popular belief, many of their products are available at comparable prices to budget stores, and some are less expensive. Only one downside, they don’t honor their double money back guarantee due to COVID-19.

I go out of my way to shop at Giant Eagle. There are many more choices than Aldi and Buehler’s, and it’s definitely much cheaper than Buehler’s! I also feel that their point system is a lot more rewarding as a frequently get ten dollars or more off of my grocery bill.

Always so clean and friendly staff. Very crowded though.
