I always enjoy stopping in for a bite at BJ’s. This time around the Brussels weren’t super crispy like they used to be but delicious nonetheless the less. Prime rib was cooked perfectly. The Lavender Lemonade with Tequila instead of Vodka rocked my socks! If you haven’t ate here you should. Their margarita pizza is another favorite!

At first, I was nervous because both the entre (limited quantity, so I should have gone earlier) and beer were out. That disappointment didn't last long. Our server, Elysia was so friendly and helpful. Making suggestions that were great. The food was delicious and satisfying! I loved the vibe and will definitely be going back!

Enjoyed an evening out with my husband and son. Had a drink at the bar first and the ladies were very nice and personable. At the table our server was Diane. She was so fun and friendly and had us laughing. She was very efficient even with it being so busy on a Saturday night. We truly had a great time! Also, their espresso martini is amazing!

My waitress was Ms.Lura was extremely nice. I had a great time with my boyfriend Sunday night there she brung out our food fast & hot and our drinks the food was great . She was very on top of everything i will be coming back thanks lura for your great customer service🫶🏼 10/10.

Laura was a fantastic waitress and the experience was a 10/10. I could not of had a better experience. The food was amazing and reasonably priced. Laura was personable and knew all of our names by the end of our experience. She asked about our college lives and made a very welcoming experience. I will be sure to come back, and I absolutely recommend Laura for anyone looking for a great experience in the Mentor area.

I decided to eat at BJ’s today and I made the right choice. I brought my daughter in after church and let me tell you the atmosphere was so nice and chill. It was very clean and aesthetically pleasing with an inviting appeal. I love the kickin chicken sandwich which was great as always but let me tell you hands down what the best part of my experience was today… it was my server Laura Williams. I asked her name because she was AMAZING! She was friendly, funny, personable and absolutely on point with making sure our needs were met. From refills, to recommendations, to clean tables she absolutely was top notch! I was a server myself for many years and I know quality. I’m so glad I chose BJ’s today. It was excellent!

Love the calamari! So delicious! Love the Alabama Sunset cocktail, too! Server Diane was very friendly & personable. Served us our 1st free Pizookie. Triple chocolate! Heaven!

Benny was by far the greatest server I have ever had anywhere! He was so extremely kind and a pleasure to talk to. Food was delicious as usual!

Our server Laura was fantastic! She was energetic and very attentive to our party. The food was great. We had an enjoyable night of celebrating. I will request Laura in my next visit!

Our server Laura was amazing. She customized our food to our liking- even the new Cinnamon Roll Pizookie! She’s very knowledgeable about specials and what the restaurant has to offer. When you dine-in at BJ’s Mentor make sure to ask for Laura and she will take care of you and your family to your hearts content!

Went on a Sat night around 8 p.m., we were sat quickly, they were fairly busy. Our server was Amazing, Friendly, Knowledgeable, and Very Efficient!! Our food was Delicious! Meals did seem a little pricey. Atmosphere was clean and open, lots of tables and a very nice bar! We will be going back!

Our server was Tony and she was AWESOME great spirit to bless us with her presence. She created the atmosphere, super enthusiastic , made my family feel welcomed, made sure we enjoyed our meals while not being over bearing every couple of minutes. Her costumer service made our meal!

We came here on a cold Sunday afternoon and had Toni as our server! She was incredibly sweet and went above and beyond to make our experience here amazing! It’s really hard to find good servers who are polite and sweet. She recommended the best drink for me to try which I absolutely loved! If you ever come to this location please request TONI as your waitress!!!!

Dollar prime rib. Just like any other prime rib for $25..our waiter was awesome, high spirited, entertaining got it all right..the bill was exorbitant but the food was average good. Although my wife's ribeye was spectacular.

Laura was an amazing waitress loved her attitude and the way she always was asking if we needed anything. She was on top of it! Great service! Super sweet and attentive my favorite server for sure :)!!

The food might be good but our service was even better. Every time I come here I make sure to ask for Elysia. I’ve been to many restaurants in the Mentor area and Elysia is one of the best servers I have ever had. Always on top of everything!!
