I’ve been going to Emma for 6 years and I’ve always left beyond satisfied!!! The Identity ladies have crafted the nicest, coziest salon environment. My favorite part is the coffee bar, which doubles as a work place for me to use to remotely work while my hair processes.

The best! Kristen is a powerhouse owner and stylist who constantly is advocating for her clients. She takes the time to listen and provide a concierge service to her clients. Great salon! I had Kat who described clearly what I could/couldn’t do with my hair and bangs when asked. Everyone was super friendly, it was done efficiently but even then my hairdresser reassured me she’d go back in as many times as possible till I got my desired length/look. The steamed towel on the head was nice too! Will return if I need a haircut while I am at college

Love Identity Hair Co! Everyone is super nice, the space is relaxing and I love the extra care put into the coffee and snack bar. Emma has done wonders for my hair and always knows what color adjustments I need to keep my highlights matched up and hair looking great!

Hair cut price was very reasonable and the hair wash contained a nice head massage.

Kristin helped me transform my hair over the last year from shoulder length and dark brown to super long healthy and blonde, and I’ve never been so in love with my hair! Really helpful and answered all of my questions from color to extensions, plus the salon is a totally cute and chill space. I can’t recommend enough :)

Kristen and the entire staff are a dream! I reached out to her after with a hair disaster and she quickly came up with a plan to not only correct my color, but stop the breakage and help with the damage. I don't often review places, but I just had to this time. I was recommended by a close family friend. Identity hair is amazing. Emma did such an excellent job on my hair, and I'm pretty positive this is the happiest I have ever been after a hair cut. The staff is extremely friendly and conversational! No worries about those awkward silences for your first time! (I think we've all been there!) The salon is clean and safe, so you shouldn't worry about being uncomfortable in the times of Covid. I can't recommend them enough!
