Staff member there (I wish I could remember her name) was so sweet and helpful for my exchange I needed done. She made sure all of my original discounts applied (even though their system was being very slow) and even gifted me an additional discount for the mishap. Great store!

Nice shoe store located in Points East shopping plaza! Good selection of shoes for men, women and children. Large store, lots of styles, including wide sizes.
Bought a pair of Skechers tennis shoes for $75...nothing is cheap anymore. Good quality though.

Great location, if you ordered online like I did and need to return or exchange anything it’s very easy. Very helpful staff, clean and stocked, lots of sales and seats to try on shoes. Staff can also help you if needed to help bring you another size. They can help measure your feet, to help find your perfect fit.

Ordered boots online on the 26th. They arrived on the 29th. GREAT TIMING! Kaitlyn(sp)@ Mentor location was very helpful in confirming my order when I called to verify arrival. Unless there's a problem at pickup(which I don't anticipate! HIGHLY RECOMMEND DSW!!

This store is well.organized and has a great selection of footwear. I found a cool pair of Steve Madden tennis shoes for a quick upcoming weekend trip. The shoes were on clearance...and needless to say, they are a great buy! I have shopped this store for many years in Ca. Now in Ohio I am glad to find DSW.

Clean store, kind staff, and a quick check out process. I went in on my lunch break because I had a shoe emergency while at work. It was a no fuss process and was in and out in 15 minutes. That includes trying on and checking out!!

Customer service is beyond belief here. It’s how customer service should be.

Friendly staff and great selection for size 11+. Got a pair of Taos sandals for $50.00 that I saw at Nordstroms for $150.00. It's great bargains like this as to why I shop at DSW.

After visits to several stores & not finding what we needed we came here. Not only did they have what we needed they had a variety for my grand daughter to choose from.

The people working there, the young ladies were a big help in my search for dress shoes.

This location has a good selection. You can get anything shipped free to your house if they don't have it in stock and their staff is really helpful when looking up comparable styles if you dont want to wait.

Decent selection. But not as good as the one off of Harvard Rd. The employees are very friendly and helpful. Was able to get in and out without any issue.

Shoe selection is awesome. They are pricey but they sell quality shoes and they also have a clearance rack. They have the newest brands as well.

Always great and understanding workers. I had returns with the receipt and it was done swiftly and efficiently. I always love their clearanced area and their kids shoes too.

My shopping experience was good there for when i was here earlier today but when it was time for me to get my sandals paid for i was told by one of the cashiers when she was done ringing up my sandals and she just gave me a box and not a bag i asked her i said are yall not giving bags and she told me that they were going bagless well she was wrong because my mother bought something here too and the cashier that rung her stuff up gave her a bag with her stuff and then my mother asked the cashier that gave her a bag she told her that i didnt get a bag and told her that her coworker told me that they were going bagless but i saw for myself that other people were given bags for their stuff so to make the long story short when my mother kindly told the cashier girl that i didnt get a bag she kindly gave me a bag for my sandals

I love dsw. Always find something. Shoes boots jewelry scarf socks tights leggings handbags wallets. And this is in the clearance section. My favorite store for shoes and boots.
