This was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had! From the moment I stopped by and was greeted by Bob Alponat, through the test drives and negotiations and electronic paperwork in the finance office through the “unveiling” of my new car, it was an absolutely amazing experience. Bob was the nicest, most knowledgeable sales rep I’ve ever worked with, and I highly recommend working with him and with Leikin if you are in the market for a new car!

We had a great experience at Leiken Volvo. Bella was easy to work with and has even made herself available after the purchase to make sure I as comfortable with my new car. The team has reached out on multiple occasions and they’ve made owning a Volvo a treat.

I recently purchased a used Volvo XC70 station wagon at Leikin. I currently live in northeastern Pennsylvania, but made the trip to Ohio because Leikin had the car I was looking for at an attractive price. I checked Leikin's inventory in the first place because I had a good experience purchasing a similar car from them twenty years ago. (And I have close friends who live in the area and have also purchased a Volvo from Leikin.)

This time, the purchase was even easier. I negotiated the deal from my home in the course of a few hours. Alicia Burton, the internet sales manager, made the process efficient and uncomplicated. By texting documents and photos, I was able to quickly get a quote for my trade-in. When I made the trip to Ohio a few days later, it was all over but the shouting (just kidding).

At the dealership, Bella Cole guided me through the remainder of the process. She was outgoing, courteous, and helpful. When a minor issue with the car arose later that day, Bella arranged for the service manager to check it out the next day when I was on my way back to Pennsylvania.

I also appreciated the assistance of the finance manager, Francesco Nappo, who guided me through the virtually paper-free process of document signing. He answered my questions with patience, warmth, and courtesy.

In just over a week, I've driven my XC70 about 700 miles. So far, the car has met all my expectations. I continue to feel it was well worth the journey to buy from Leikin.

Buying a car at Leikin Motors was extremely easy. Kuris was helpful and took care of every question and concern I had. The price was very competitive and there were no unexpected fees. I would highly recommend purchasing a car with them.

Let me start by saying I ALWAYS read reviews on products and people when offered. I think it is invaluable! When you are looking to purchase a car online, it can be very scary. That is a lot of money to spend on a car you will not see physically or drive. We found the car we liked at various dealers. Once I read many reviews from many sites, I was so happy to find Leikin Motors. While my husband was contacting the dealership, I was searching for reviews about the dealership. Many of the sales reps get awesome reviews as did our Rep. FRANK!! Honestly.... wonderful reviews of the dealership and their reps is ultimately what sold us. Seeing the positive comments and experiences from your customers put us at ease. In addition, I cannot say enough about our sales rep. Frank. He went above and beyond answering our calls and texts promptly. We ask that we have a bow included and a message since the car is a gift. He of course made all that happen. He took pics of the bow and all paperwork etc. to show us where the things could be found. He also took a video of the car inside and out to show us the condition etc. since we are obviously picky. He set up shipment for us and we had the car within the week. The trucking company was excellent too! They did not speak a word of English, but since Frank had everything handled down to the tiniest detail, it didn't seem to matter at all!! My only regret is that we did not get to meet Frank in person. If you want a wonderful experience, I can't say enough good things about Leikin Motors and Frank!!!

Was a great experience buying our new xc60 pHEV. We started just exploring it as one of the vehicles to check out and Bella was helpful, informative and not pushy. Whale we realized it fit our needs exactly she helped put together a great deal for the car we chose and the whole experience was great. So far the car is fantastic and appears to fill our need as an EV for the city, and a hybrid on the road when needed.
