Panera Bread

The food was delicious made fresh 😋. The service was very friendly. The new building is very nice and comfortable and seems to be kept very clean 🧹. Had the chicken bacon ranch sandwich and the homestyle chicken noodle soup very good. The toasted Italiano with the Caesar salad was also tasty too.

Stopped here to eat while driving east on I-90. We really enjoyed it! The food tasted great (soups, turkey sandwhich), and lots to chose from on the menu. Self-service ordering worked well. Nice and clean restaurant.

I am not from the area, but was visiting Mentor, OH to get surgery at the nearby Cleveland Clinic hospital. To thank the amazing team that assisted me during my stay, I ordered Panera Catering from this location to be delivered. In placing the order online, there was no "Add a Message" option (New Feature Request for Panera Headquarters!!), so I called the location to see if they could include a written message with the delivery.
In the end, I this wasn't actually executed due to the Catering Management/Policies, however, the employees I spoke to were absolutely lovely and as helpful as could be. The Hospital Staff appreciated the meal, so I can only assume everything worked out great! Thank you!

Delicious, healthy, fresh food at great prices. From sandwiches with fresh bread and didn't proteins to fresh baked chocolate chip cookies Panera has it all! It is easily my favorite bakery because it really has great options for everyone, vegan, vegetarian, carnivore, those with who have a strong sweet tooth, etc. This location specifically is great because it is large, with tons of seating and has the best consistency I have seen in any chain! Highly recommend!!

Great atmosphere and delicious food. I had a mix up with my order however they were quick to fix and replace it promptly with no questions asked and a smile! A++ for restaurant cleanliness and amazing staff!

I love Panera Bread! For this particular location, I’ve only been here a few times. Food is great, atmosphere is nice, and service is quick.

I like the drive thru option now available at this location. I ordered the Green Goddess Caprese Baguette.....delicious 😍 ✨ The sauce was a little spicy. Had them cut the sandwich in three pieces. Would definitely order again.

The staff here are all really nice and helpful. Really convenient way to grab breakfast or lunch!

I’ve been to this location several times and always have a great experience.
The staff is always very nice and the food is delicious. I recommend the turkey apple cheddar sandwich. The food also comes out very quick for peak lunch time.
The building is always very clean and plenty of seating for the busier lunch time.
Shout out to the manager Joe. I always see him coming out to check on guests sitting down and clearing dishes. He is the only manager I’ve seen at a panera do this.
As an added bonus my baby was fascinated by him too haha.

This place is very conveniently located next to Marc's and across from NTB. Service is prompt in spite of being frequently busy. The food is good. I particularly enjoy the bread bowl soups. Clam Chowder and the Creamy Tomato soups are particularly tasty.

This Panera Bread has amazing service! I have never had an online order be late and the staff has always answered any questions I have had. I also know that Panera donates what gets left over to less fortunate individuals. At my job we get down of there stuff every two weeks or so. I will continue eating here regularly.

Excellent sandwiches. Yummy. Very polite staff. Good blend of dark roast coffee. First time going there today. Better than anything we have in the UK.

Had a party member with a gluten allergy. The employees kindly provided the allergen info sheets, as well as the nutritional information for the entire menu. Very friendly, no hassle, and good food.

Made a brief stop here while traveling and purchased several caramel lattes with an extra shot of espresso. Maddie was very nice and made probably two of the best lattes we've ever had from any Panera! Will keep this place in mind on our next travel.

We had a nice area outside, the food was as always delicious. I have made couple changes to my order and it was done perfectly fine.

Love there broccoli cheese soup and french baguette. Always clean. One worker was not very nice today and I've never seen that before. But always love coming for the soup

This Panera is doing better than before. But I like to give 5 stars to Victoria who works there. She is a prime example of courtesy and customer service. Thank you Victoria we as a family appreciate your.

Good Panera. Stick with going in, drive thru can be super slow if you're not the first one in line.
