Derek Knepper - State Farm Insurance Agent

Derek always makes sure I am covered properly. I’ve had two claims and Derek made sure I had the proper coverage and both claims were paid.

I checked so many insurance companies and this was so easy and way way cheaper than anyone else I talked too. They cut my insurance in half almost and still have full coverage with same benefits.

I have been insured with State Farm through Derek Knepper for almost a decade now. I might be able to get a better rate with another company, but, to be honest, the exceptional customer service that I receive from this agency is second to none. So, it’s not worth it for me to even look around. I primary call the Warren location and I almost always speak with Allison. She is very knowledgeable, pleasant, prompt, and professional to work with. They will continue to have my business for years to come.

We switched to Derek Knepper from another state farm agent a few years ago after our last agent and his staff were just not approachable, not helpful, resistant to answer question etc. We could not be happier with our decision to change! Gina is my main go to person any time I have questions, concerns, or need help finding ways to save as much money as possible on our plan and she always takes time to ask about me and my family. WE always have a good laugh or two before our call has ended. Derek checks in periodically to make sure our insurance needs are being met. I don't look at Derek and his staff as being our agent, rather, they are more like family. If you need a State Farm rep, Derek and his staff are by far, the best in the area and I highly recommend this agent.

Anytime I have any questions I contact Breanna Horn and she thoroughly explains so I can understand. Very friendly!! I would recommend her 1,000 times over!! Couldn't ask for a better agent
