Very friendly people.. quick unloading … to get the location just follow truck GPS come from market st to Austin. It’s blind side but if you come early in the morning you can make u-turn at the parking lot at the back

First time using app and buying items. The app is not working great on my android but my desktop app works very well. The platform is user friendly and bidding is a lot of fun. Being a "newby",when I went to pick up my purchases the staff was very patient and polite and answered all my questions with a smile. The second time, my purchases were too heavy for me to handle and again all the help was there to assist. It is affordable and the merchandise us as advertised. All options that can be reasonably offered are there, so read the info. online before you go!

I love picking up at Warren. Hailey is the best so helpful. I’m disabled so she goes and gets my items. I’m so happy to buy knowing Hailey will help me. She is a gem and asset for your company! You have some really nice employees! They keep me coming back for sure. I wish I could give her more than 5 stars ⭐. She is wonderful!

Easy and quick access. All on one level and wide aisles so handicap accessible. Enter on the left. Check out on the right. As long as you have the app, you will be able to find your purchases by yourself.

I save so much money on gifts and honestly redid the entire bedroom king size bed and all for under $300 my bathroom looks brand new and I just added a few staple items for $35 bucks

I’ve been to 5 Mac Bids warehouses in the NE Ohio/Western PA area and hands down the associates at the Warren, OH location are the friendliest I’ve met! Everyone - whether they’ve been there for more than a year and see you in a regular basis, or they just started and it’s the first time they’re seeing you - always greet you with a smile and asks you if they can help you find anything. Also, I get a LOT of items from other warehouses and the descriptions and classification of the items from Warren are by far the most accurate. Keep up the great work, all!! 😁

The Warren locations parking is easy to get in and out and seems to have plenty of parking. Everyone I have come into contact with there has been extremely friendly and very willing to help you, and I was asked by three employees if I needed help, which hasn't happened to me in other locations. I tend to buy a good amount of items, so at pick up, I appreciate the help I get, and I do tip the person helping me. I definitely recommend tipping these young people that are there all day assisting everyone that comes in. If you appreciate their help, a few bucks goes a long way.

I love m@c bid, especially this location. Check in staff is ALWAYS super friendly and the teams around the facilities are always offering to help with finding and carrying items. I love having the opportunity to shop sustainably locally while also supporting a company with good values-win win!

I love M@c! Been shopping with them for a little bit over a year, I’m a member I love being able to get all my stuff transferred to just one location makes it a lot easier. The employees are always so nice, Little B especially! Always great experience even when it comes to doing a return. Fast service, like always. thanks again guys!

Where to start? This place is pretty cool. I was very skeptical at first but then I have bud already on a few auctions and got items to renovate my home as well as Christmas gifts at a great price!! Some people will bid very close to actual cost and defeats the purpose of “discount” but there are things I got there way below retail that I picked up for myself or my Fiancé. If you haven’t tried it yet I’d suggest you give it a try.

The staff is here also amazing. Very helpful and have had no issues with any of them. They will offer to help you load if you are solo.

Big items. So you can either lug it yourself or utilize the forklift on site. The operator isn’t the best so use caution when your loading. I told the operator I’m a forklift trainer and he should follow my hand/ verbal commands. I found this to be best.

Employees always at the ready to lend a hand, if needed. Customer Service is very helpful and efficient. The store is laid on in such a way that items are fairly easy to find. My only suggestion would be adding signs on the ends of the Transfer/Hold rows, identifying which sections are in each row. Not a big deal, just an area for improvement.

Love this place. Easy to navigate the isles. Everyone is friendly and helpful.

Have made about half dozen purchases with them. Service has been great, people have been better! Going in for the first couple of times I haven't been totally familiar with things. The people at the Warren location have been very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Customer Service via email have been responsive and helpful as well.
Highly recommend! I will absolutely be using their service again!

I started bidding on auctions a month ago. I have gotten some great buys. A warning though that it is addicting. I have to recognize one particular employee— Alexis F. She has been an amazing help to me every time I go to inspect or pick up my winnings. The first time I went there she realized quickly I needed help! She was friendly and very professional.

Business model genius however there's a lack of attention to the people taking pictures Causing room for deception. Personnel on the floor are exceptional at customer service. It was always a pleasure to go there in person.

Terrific app! I love shopping on Mac.bid way too much. I have gotten some good items that are still in good condition at a fraction of the original price. The staff at the wearhouse are friendly and helpful. The building itself is relatively easy to navigate after you've been through it your first time.

I got a salon chair at this location, it was in perfect new condition, and its a $350 chair for $60!!! Very easy to use mobile app, very user friendly!
