Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

The customer service that I experienced on Saturday 1/28/2023 was incredible! The woman working (I wish I caught her name) was the only employee at this location during the time-- it was clear she loved her job & was extremely knowledgeable & helpful! I will definitely be using Sherwin Williams Ravenna as my main location to shop moving forward.

This is a great store! The manager, Victoria, is top-notch; not only does she run a tight ship (the store is ALWAYS organized, clean, and well-stocked), she knows the products and how to use them. Always going the extra mile, she works hard to keep her customers happy and coming back. She is by far one of the best customer service pros I have ever known; I'm always impressed when she's the sole employee on duty, and it seems every painter in Northeast Ohio has come in wanting 5 gallons of 5 different colors in 5 different sheens. She never misses a beat. This young lady knows what it means to have a work ethic. Sherwin Williams struck gold with her... she's a winner!

These guys are great. They know their stuff, are super helpful and have good quality products. After we bought our house, we had to repaint all of the bedrooms and the Ravenna store manager, Victoria, answered all my questions, no matter how many I asked. She does everything she can to help the customer from having the knowledge and understanding about their products to suggestions for your current situation. They are a bit on the pricey side vs. a big box store like Walmart or Home Depot, but I feel it's well worth it to have people to ask questions to that actually know what they're talking about.

I am visiting my family in Ravenna and doing craft projects with my granddaughter. We needed something to finish and protect her wood craft, but unsure what to use. We stopped at the Sherwin-Williams store in Ravenna. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We we able to get everything we needed to complete her project.

They always have everything I am looking for and usually with a great discount! However the thing that sets this store apart is Victoria. She is amazing, every time I go in she is always smiling, friendly, and helpful--even though there is usually a line of customers and the phone is ringing!

Nick was very helpful in explaining what paint/primer that would be best for my project. Also, the color I wanted was very easy to locate in your paint samples. I also purchased my paint at a 30% off price which was nice. Very nice store in Ravenna, OH.

The employee was very helpful, friendly and informative. There is a large selection of quality products at reasonable prices. The paint is excellent and use all the time. Shop there again for sure.

Excellent customer service. I was looking for some guidance & advice on kitchen wall colors. I was approached by Victoria Beverly who helped me a lot. Looking forward to going back to buy the paint when I decide on the color.

One of the managers helped us. She said she is a "paint nerd" and I'm very thankful for that! She was very helpful, helped us choose exactly what we needed, and was able to save us some money.

The associate that assisted via telephone was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The curbside pickup was great. I would highly recommend this store.
