We have attached before and after pictures of our remodeled bathroom. Our sales and design consultant, Aly Nehls , was very efficient, professional and knowledgeable in addition to making us feel welcome. She responded to our e-mails quickly and gave good, practical advice. The displays in the showroom were very tasteful and helpful to determine what appealed to us and what we should select. The products were of high quality and there were a variety of selections. Our remodeled bathroom is beautiful. We would highly recommend Gerhard's as the entire process was very positive.

I had a great experience with Gerhards and Karen Italia! I was overwhelmed my the choices and decisions I needed to make on our plumbing fixtures and kitchen countertops. Karen asked a few questions, showed me options, and guided me through the process. She was also very responsive. When our counters were installed, she was on-site to ensure the process went smoothly. I can't recommend Karen and Gerhards enough!

Great showroom to visit if you need inspiration. Be sure to ask for Alyson, as she is so professional and an absolute delight to work with. She didn't miss a single detail when helping us plan our bathroom remodel and even went the extra mile to assist our plumber over the phone when he wasn't familiar with the installation process for our shower assembly! I can't say enough about how great Karen at Gerhard's is. My boyfriend and I purchased a home in Tripoli that had a very outdated kitchen. Karen was wonderful about showing and explaining all of the options for the counter tops and sink/faucet. She gave us outstanding service always kept us informed of the progress of our remodel. I met Karen Italia, Manager at Gerhard's early in the construction of our lake house. As a designer, I envisioned a modern farmhouse design with a Northwoods twist. She immediately rose to the task and together we made good decisions to complete the right look. Karen's experience and expertise has guided me to make the best decisions. Dani at Gerhard's was excellent in helping me learn about products they offered and helping me figure out what my style is for furnishing my new home! She spent literally hours with me picking out products. I never realized there were so many options. She knows her stuff! Would highly recommend to anyone remodeling or looking to build.

My husband Mike and I worked with Holly Cooper at our local Gerhards Kitchen in Rhinelander, WI. To say that she made the process a pleasure is an understatement! Her knowledge and professionalism is second to none. She produced beautiful drawings and worked with us for any change we wanted.

I had a vision for the look and "feel" of my kitchen but she brought it to life. She designed our kitchen and 3 bathrooms but went above and beyond helping me pick out paint colors, lighting you name it!

Simply put we LOVE our "new house"! It is beautiful and functional. Holly designed elements in the kitchen I did not even know I wanted, like an amazing tupperware organizer or custom storage for baking materials.

Where do I begin? My kitchen remodel started in May and was just completed in January. Be prepared to wait (do to my indecision) and make a lot of decisions. I shopped around at several kitchen stores until I found Aly. So patient! Understanding! Helpful! I changed my mind so many times and each time she had to prepare new quotes. She really listened to my final vision and gently guided me. She was very willing to deal with my many many emails I sent her and always got back to me right away.

Other places were more expensive and told me what I “should” do. I was constantly taking samples home and other places started ignoring me because I guess they thought I’d never pull the trigger. Aly was right on point on giving great honest timelines. Other girlfriends decided to go closer to home and I think they have really regretted it.

Getting a countertop, sink and faucet just seemed overwhelming. It’s such a big purchase but it all turned out great. Go with your “gut” and have someone like Aly helping is the answer.
