My experience with Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home in Cuyahoga Falls ,Ohio was excellent. The entire staff was thoughtful, professional and concerned about my family. Communication was outstanding. Calls and questions were returned promptly and fully addressed. They provided a wonderful service at a very difficult time.

Samantha and Mary have been exceptionally kind and compassionate to our needs during such a difficult time. I truly recommend Clifford’s services to everyone when the time comes. They take their time, they listen with true empathy and provide just the best experience as is possible. Their follow up and follow through is top level customer service. I am honestly grateful for their support.

Clifford Shoemaker funeral home was very accommodating to our family. They guided us thru every step as it was a very sad time for our family. We were all so thankful our mom had chosen them and had everything prepaid. They were wonderful to us and visitors.

The staff at Clifford are very professional. No one is ever prepared to plan a funeral. Kristen is really knowledgeable and made the whole experience a little easier. From helping to write the obit, to finalizing viewing plans. They really did a great job and I appreciate them making a tough situation a little less painful.

Kudos to Steve and his staff, they were there when I needed them. Mom passed away at home, I called Steve and within 45 minutes a staff member arrived to remove her body and honor her wishes of cremation.
