The Moore family did a beautiful job honoring my mom at her visitation and at her funeral. They were attentive, courteous and helpful. We are very grateful for all they did to make our experience smooth in the midst of our sorrow.

The staff at the Hennessy-Bagnoli-Moore Funeral Home in Akron were outstanding in their support of my sister and her family during the recent loss of my niece. Brian Fabiola, in particular, was professional, kind, and patient. His very calm demeanor and willingness to accommodate all of our needs helped get us through this ordeal and reduced our stress. We can’t thank them enough for taking care of our family during this tragic loss.

I can barely put into words the amazing experience Moore- Bacher Funeral Home gave us in the services for my father and mother. My parents died less than one month within each other. We met with Bacher-Moore weeks before my parents passed, picking out caskets, choosing the necessary wants and needs that we knew my parents would like.
We worked with Brian and Jodi, both were gracious, kind, and honored our wishes financially, personally, and according to what we wanted. There was never any high push sales, and our wishes were honored. We were very impressed from the first meeting to the last day of the funeral.
I would recommend this funeral home and the people working there to whoever wants a kind, dignified visitation and funeral.

At a time when I was at my lowest (having to bury my husband after 2 months of COVID), we were privileged to use the services of Hennessy-Bagnoli-Moore Funeral Home. David Moore and his assistant Brian were so amazingly caring and kind, I cannot praise them enough. They explained everything in detail, answered questions, and made me and my two adult children feel as if they had all the time in the world for us. The services were perfect! I have no complaints at all. No pressure to spend more on a casket or any other options. I am so grateful that we put our needs in Mr. Moore’s hands.

David and his staff were very kind, gracious and understanding in our time of need. They were very knowledgeable and offered many options to consider. Everything was explained in detail to ensure understanding the complete process. Dave and his staff helped with other important details to complete after my wife’s passing. I'm not sure I can put into words how helpful Jeff Reitman has been for our family. He has been with us through my aunt's death my mother's death my son's death and most recently my brother's death. He has helped our family in every way possible. Going above and beyond what his duties should have been. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.

HB Moore is truly an amazing funeral home!!! Beside the pricing not being crazy, they were great with my mother, and I mean GREAT!! She looked perfect!! David is a really nice, compassionate owner of the funeral home, you dont find many people like him.. I am extremely happy with their services and work, and want to thank him so much!!
