Not only was Robyn very quick to get me a quote but it was lower than I ever expected! She took time outside of work to answer questions and help me find insurance that fit my daughters needs! I will be recommending her and this company to anyone who is looking to either get or change their insurance. I've spent hours upon hours getting quotes and had finally had enough and contacted Robyn. after a few pretty basic questions and within minutes she had a quote ready for me based off my previous coverages.

Based off the information I had given her she recommended changing a few of my coverages and even explained why she thought it'd be beneficial in case of an accident. Every ridiculous question I asked, she helped me understand. like I said, I understand basically nothing about insurance. A week or two later I met with her to purchase the coverage and all paperwork was basically done and ready. She confirmed my information, verified I wanted to change my coverages, and we had everything completed within 30 min. I would certainly recommend Northland Insurance to anybody looking for a quick pain free way to purchase insurance. Getting online quotes is 100% more difficult and none of my questions ever seem to get answered. With Northland Insurance I left confident I have great cover and all of my questions were answered. I know I'll be back in 6 months to renew and I do not doubt it'll be as pain free as my first experience with the company. Thank you!!
