Pizzeria 1081

This place was great! Wife and Husband owners were very friendly and informative. Lots of cold treats and baked treats that were creative and visually appealing on display. I got their pizza. Really good. The dough was properly salted and fermented nicely, leaving a nice crispy crust with a good chew. Sauce was bright and fresh with a nice balance of garlic and fresh basil coming through. Quality cheese and pepperoni on it too. It is a great pie that I'd make the trip for again, no doubt. They are sourcing a lot of their ingredients locally and have a great vision of their community as well. Great food, great people. Highly recommend!

I ordered for pickup to check the place out, and was really impressed with how clean the place was. Got myself a meat pizza, and it was surprisingly crispy for the volume of meat they add. Crust is thinner than most chain pizza places, which I'm pretty happy with. Overall great experience. Definitely will be ordering here again, as their specialty menu is pretty interesting.

The recently opened Pizzeria 1081 needs to be put at the top of your "Places to try" list immediately! The slice of New York style pie was the best I've had in the area; ample toppings, balanced sauce, crisp crust with perfect amount of chew. The garlic knots alone are a reason to visit; the pesto on top brings them to another level. Owner and staff were very friendly. More pictures to come, cant wait to try more of their offerings.

The best crust on a pizza hands down sauce was fresh and delicious as well. Loaded with toppings. The wings were good just not my cup of tea. Side salad was large sized. And the fresh mozzarella was just perfect. The vegan options are very nice to have. The man that waited on me was very nice. I think he's the owner. I will try to eat here at least once a week. Love it so far.

We tried to order online and there was an error with their portal. So we called in for delivery, and got great service! The pizza was incredible. Great sauce to cheese to bread ratio, and all the toppings were delicious. This was our first time and we were very happy! The guy who came to deliver the Pizza also brought a free donut for the online portal not working! We were so surprised and it was a really nice gesture. They said 35-40 minutes and it came in 25. We will definitely be ordering from there again!

After a fellow vegan recommended Pizzeria1081 to me, there was no going back. In my opinion, this is the only restaurant in the area that offers a vegan pizza that is actually GOOD. When I eat the leftovers at work, my omnivorous colleagues express their jealousy and amazement that the pizza looks and smells so amazing. It's a real bonus that they have great baked goods, too. Pizzeria1081, I am so grateful that you exist. Thank you for spoiling your local vegans with so many wonderful choices!

Amazing vegan options! This is definitely our new go to for vegan pizza! Everything is very fresh and the people that work there are super nice. The desserts are also so good! Happy to have this place right up the street!

Was searching the web for vegan friendly places around Akron I may not have been to yet when I came across this place. I was not at all disappointed when I ordered a vegan lasagna and a cream filled donut (also vegan). The food is amazing and the staff is as well. The pastry chef makes all of the baked goods (vegan and otherwise) herself and never ceases to amaze and delight me with the amazing vegan pastries. The main chef of the restaurant has been there every time I’ve gone and he is a hard-working, friendly man who makes amazing Italian dishes. If you live in Akron or are just visiting, you really must give this place a try!

WOW! I’m picky when it comes to pizza but this place is my new favorite! Amazing crust and Ingredients. The inside has fresh baked goods. Some vegan I saw.. excited to try and the staff was really friendly. Cool artwork too. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.. Try the margarita pizza it’s to die for

I work at Good Life and we ordered their pizza and it was delicious. They have so many vegan options and I have yet to try something that wasn't great. They are two months old and I hope they are here to stay forever. If you are vegan, you have so many options to choose from. I am not vegan, I love meat, but their vegan sicilian sausage pizza blew my mind. Thank you to the executive chef who hooked us up with cinnamon rolls and doughnuts. We love you!

This place catered our bridal shower and the food came out absolutely delicious! The price was not bad for the large quantity we got. It was 100% vegan and all of the guests were pleasantly surprised with how amazing the food tasted! I highly recommend this place for both vegan and meat eaters.

Super clean pizzeria, really awesome food. The meatball sub is amazing. Great pastry selection, and gelato! Plus coffee! It's worth every penny. Seriously friendly staff. Had a few laughs watching everyone work together.

This place has the BEST tiramisu I have ever had!! Their pizza is fantastic and they have a complete vegan menu and serve homemade pasta! Their doughnuts and pastries are homemade and look delicious! I plan on going back to try more of their items!

If I could give this establishment 20 stars I would! Food is beyond delicious as well as fresh! They TRULY use quality ingredients!! the service was beyond wonderful!! Great people great food. You are definitely missing something if you don't eat here!! Just picked up my pizza and I LOVE it!! The gelato tase impeccable and so full of flavor! I'm hooked!! Customer for life!

We ordered the margherita pizza & the taco pizza. The margherita pizza was real delicious and fresh tasting. Loved the colorful grape tomatoes! The taco pizza tasted good, I could have scraped the ingredients off into a tortilla and made a killer tasting taco! I really appreciated the black bean sauce, but thought it could have used a bit more sauce, as it tasted more dry than the margherita. Pizzeria 1081 has a huge menu so I will definitely be back to try more! I'm excited to try the gelato and gourmet donuts. They even have their own coffee blends! I would like to see them partner with some of the local farmers at Countryside Conservancy to provide local ingredients. But, believe me! You will love this place!

Amazing beef ravioli and everything is from scratch! The lemonade mixed with a little of the raspberry hibiscus tea is the perfect thing to top it all of! Must try it out!!! Check out the awesome pics I posted of both items! Couldn't include them in this review.

Ordered from here for the first time tonight via Grubhub. Order arrived 100% correct, fresh and hot. Not only is this the best pizza I’ve had in Akron they also have, hands down, the best donuts in Akron. The s’mores donut was heavenly. I’ll have to try the Italian beef next. Can’t wait.

This is my favorite everyday restaurant. Me and my classmates at Fortis College all go there on our lunch break. They are always pleasant. You can feel the love in the room. Every item down to a side of sauce is made with love and care. The facility is so clean. You see them cleaning up after themselves after the prepare an it. Presentation is implacable. Everything taste amazing. Their gelato machine was imported from Italy. Spins all day and they have Captain Crunch gelato.... how does that. Actually had that for lunch today. If you haven’t tried it,you should. If you all ready tried it... Stopped in today for the first time. The food was amazing!! The limoncello tiramisu was addictive! The service was friendly. I am looking forward to trying more things from their menu!
