Tim K responded very quickly. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable with our sump pump failure. He also recommended services for water remediation and sanitation that Rotor Rooter provides. The remediation service was also very quick in response and knowledgeable with insurance. Thanks Tim K for 5 star service.

Tim K did an amazing job clearing out my sewer lines that were filled with tree roots. He was very professional, knowledgeable and was great to talk too. 10/10 I would recommend him every time! Thanks for all of your help and service!

I had the best experience today with Nate! I found the issue this afternoon and Nate arrived about 20 minutes after I called. He explained the process and answered all of my questions throughout. He was very nice, very professional, and gave me some peace of mind as a new homeowner. I will definitely call Roto-Rooter again in the future!

Justice came well equipped with all the proper tools to handle our clogged kitchen drain. He was extremely efficient and patient with his service. He most clearly explained what and how he planned to do the work. He also kindly answered all of our many questions. We greatly appreciated his clean up when he finished. This was the first time we met Justice. We were so impressed that we will surely ask personally for him whenever another need arises.

Today Joe and Zak helped us with our shower and water heater concerns. They arrived right on time. They both had a positive attitude, were friendly, and took our concerns seriously. After a thorough inspection, they gave us good advice and all options to improve the situation. Estimates at Roto-Rooter seem fair. Cory and Zach deserve ALL the stars! My washing machine drain was backed up and to make matters worse, my washer and dryer are up on a platform completely blocking access to the drain. They came in, assessed the issue, and got to work moving my machines around so they could do what needed to be done! I honestly put off calling them because I just didn’t see how anyone would be able to do it, but they found a way! HUGE thanks to them for being so wonderful and helpful and going above and beyond! Now my line is unclogged and my heart is happy! Thank you Cory and Zach for making this such a wonderful and stress-free experience for me! I would HIGHLY recommend you to anyone with plumbing issues!

Abe was awesome. Trained on the water tank in my home so he knew what he was doing. Moen was with him, both really personable and cool to hang out with while waiting for warranty items on hold. He went the extra mile and checked warranty before trying to charge me and it was under warranty. Super cool experience. I don't always like corporate companies, but the locally owned places in the area have been horrid. The is the first experience since getting back to Ohio that wasn't a nightmare and the plumber wasn't a sales person. Definitely found where to call from now on. Thanks y'all

I found a cracked sewer line in my home on a Friday afternoon and was able to get someone out to the house within the hour to give me a cost estimate. Abe was great to work with, very professional and friendly. We enjoyed having him in our home and the work he did, the following Monday was quick and expertly done. Abe and the team at Roto-Rooter Akron were great to work with and we will be sure to contact them for any future plumbing needs.

I highly recommend Joe from Roto Rooter. He showed up early to assess the situation and was very polite and professional. He explained what was going on and why in a respectful manor as well as to make reasonable recommendations going forward. I would not hesitate to work with him again!

The Roto -Rooter team did an excellent job from start to finish. Scheduling the appointment was easy, communications were great. Rudi did an excellent job of testing for moisture and Tim, the technician was outstanding in his performance and explanation of providing services. I will not hesitate to call again when needed.

Tim K. And Eric Hansen are amazing. They helped us out, gave great advice on our options, and were friendly and professional the entire time. If that wasn’t enough, they were super quick in getting to our house and even accommodating when we had to move our appointment up. Could not recommend these gentlemen enough!

I had Arya for all the times that he has assisted and performed a job at our house and he went above and beyond. He is very kind, does a great job, and always answers every question thoroughly. He is also very responsive to calls. I highly recommend him to anyone that needs assistance.

So I have to explain the 5 star rating…. If it wasn’t for Cory it would be a zero star. The first tech on Thanksgiving Eve was inexperienced and did a terrible job. Then another guy, think he was some sort of supervisor came to run a camera and was horrific… I have never told someone to get off my property before and proceed to close my garage door on him. I followed up with the GM… first time GM was good… sent out the wonderful Cory. Cory took extreme pride in his work, explained everything to me, was very pleasant and did a wonderful job. Well we ran into an issue where I had to have the city come out… the city was great but I needed roto router back out. I called GM (Rob) again…. This time Rob was making excuses, fighting with me, trying to extort more money out of me and, blaming the city… he eventually did the right thing but ended the conversation by hanging up on me (real professional). Anyways, Cory was back out today and did another fantastic job and it’s now 100% done and correct. Cory saved this company a customer. He went above and beyond and had he been the first tech on Thanksgiving Eve it would have saved me 2 weeks of a nightmare. So whoever is reading this … request Cory, keep Matt off your property and hopefully you don’t have to deal with this GM (Rob). Cory gets the 5 stars… I’d give him10 stars if I could. Thank you Cory…. You deserve a raise… I hope your company truly appreciates you because you saved them. If I ever need services again, Cory will be the only tech I will allow on my property.

I highly recommend Tim K for any plumping work he did an amazing job and has outstanding customer service. Tim was polite and courteous and got the job done. I appreciate him for coming out on New Years Eve on short notice. Thank you so much again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Tim K. was very professional, polite and efficient. He was able to fix our plumbing issue in under a half an hour. We could not be more satisfied with the work that he did today.

We called Roto-Rooter for service because our drains were backing up in the house. Joe and Zak arrived within an hour of the call. They were very professional and took great care of us. They found that our main line was blocked outside with tree roots. They worked diligently to get the roots cleaned out and water flowing freely. I highly recommend them for service. Tim Cool was an amazing help. He was able to find additional problems my other plumbing company disregarded. Roto Rooter came out twice and both times the gentleman were super professional and found problems the original plumbing company did not.

My only regret is that we did not hire them from the start.
