Highland Veterinary Clinic

I have a diabetic cat (Lance) and my Vet was out of town. I called Highland Vet Clinic, and they set me up with an appointment and were very helpful in my time of need! I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a knowledgeable, caring pet clinic! I found them to be very reasonably priced. We have 5 dogs and 2 cats and with Lance being diabetic we are at the Vet's office quite often.

I cannot overstate how thankful I am for Highland Vet Clinic and it's staff. We have a kitty who is going through FIP treatment and needed bloodwork and other vets in the area refused to see us- one even berated us! Not Highland. They welcomed us with open arms and have been so thorough and good with our Bobby. They are definitely our regular vet from now on!

I almost lost my furbaby, Iris, about a year and a half ago. Dr. Jacobson, Dr. Andray and the entire staff saved her life. The quality of care given far exceeds what is often expected. They treat their patients as if they were their own. We will be excited when construction is done and I can go in with Iris for her appointments. Everything is always explained in great depth to me. There is never any rush to move on to the next patient. If I have to wait, I know we will still get adequate time for our appointment. They try to keep costs down, but with the rising costs of vaccines and medications, I'm sure there is a constant issue with that. They give Iris tons of attention .They have never tried to get me to agree to any procedures or medications that might no be warranted. Iris had another crisis recently and again, the quality of care was superb. I wish I could give a rating higher than 5 stars. Iris gives them 2 paws up!

They take the absolute best care of my kitty cats. They explain things in simple terms that a first time pet owner like myself can understand. They make sure my fur babies are as healthy as possible.

We’ve been going to this veterinary clinic for years now and they’re so friendly and helpful. My cat was scared and peed all over me while in the waiting area. They helped clean it up and the front desk ladies kept us laughing. I know all of our cats are in good hands here.

I cannot say enough great things about the staff here! They helped me rescue a stray cat and we did everything to save her. The entire staff and doctors are the best clinic around.

I have been going here for at least 25 years. I travel from Hartville. I have had many cat rescues and dogs in their care. They have been fantastic through many different issues and treatments.

This place is great. The staff is incredibly nice and knowledgeable. They always make me smile and put me at ease. Even though they see so many animals a day, they always gush over my cats which is sweet. They really care about the pets. I never spend a long time there and they try to make it as cheap as they can.

The staff here is wonderful. I was a bit nervous about bringing my dog because of his fear reactivity, but they far passed any expectations I had and even made friends with my dog.

Very impressed with this vet, the office was able to get me in in a reasonable time frame. The staff was professional and kind. The veterinarian was outstanding. My dog is fear aggressive and she didn't shame him or I. She gave me great information and was just wonderful! I highly recommend this place!

I love that they answer their phone in a timely manner and don’t leave me on hold forever like the last vet we used. The quality of care was excellent and the staff was very knowledgable, which are obviously more important than answering phones but when put together makes for a great veterinary practise overall.

They treat your animals with love and care!

Dr. O'Conner, Dr. Andray and the entire staff are wonderful. We switched our boys care to them a couple years ago. From day one, Harley was treated like he was their family. When it was time to make that gut wrenching decision for our 12 1/2 year old boy, we felt so much compassion from them. We got a beautiful card in the mail and they all wrote heartfelt messages to us.
We highly recommend this exceptional Veterinary group!

The young man who came out to my car yesterday to take my dog in was just delightful. The veterinarian was very informative and caring.

I have been at many different vets with my dog Chad but no one was as kind and understanding than highland vet clinic staff with what I was going through at the end with my dog. Thank you for being so amazing and supportive through the whole process of my baby boy crossing the rainbow bridge. I will forever be grateful and all the keepsakes will stay in my heart forever. Thank you for everything. We will miss Chad forever!

I had a wonderful experience at Highland Veterinary Clinic I had just adopted my cat and needed to take her to see a vet for a routine check up. I went here because it is the one in town. I was nervous because she is a pretty skiddish cat but everyone at the vet was so wonderful to her. Everyone was friendly, kind and very helpful. I am pleased with my choice of veterinary clinic and would recommend to anyone!! A+ job guys!!

Highland Vet Clinic is a wonderful place to take your fur baby! The staff is extremely knowledgable and is willing to help at any means necessary. They also are very affordable which is a plus.

The kitten did go there. He still does. Love the staff both here and at Metro.
5 Years Ago: Needed surgery for cat. They handled it. Needed end of life care for her this year. They handled that well and were most kind. New kitten will be going there.

My dog, Alice, absolutely loves coming here, and it's 100% because of the amazing staff! The staff are seriously so great and make her feel loved and comfortable even when she's getting shots or her nails trimmed. I will never take my baby anywhere else.
