Rick came out and did a back flow assembly test at my home. Literally the nicest man I've ever met. Frecka has very fair prices in this insanity of a market, and the staff is always so friendly and personable. I 100% recommend!

I had Frecka Plumbing out to replace my gas water heater. My plumber was Rick. This associate was awesome. He was prompt, courteous, clean and very quick. Rick explained what he did, and made changes to the way things should have been installed to begin with. I will definitely recommend Frecka Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs. Last owner abused our house. Have had Frecka out for two things in the last month, and they did an incredible job. No hidden costs, everything explained up front, updates provided throughout work. Mike who runs the phone is clearly conscientious and communicative; he was patient with several call backs while I figured out what my wife and I wanted to do with a broken sump pump, and he really made me feel comfortable and aware of the plan of action before anyone came out. Both guys that came out were awesome, and they did great work. Can't recommend them strongly enough.

Excellent service! Mike was able to get us in very last minute when our original plumber fell through. Mike was very kind and accommodating over the phone. Matthew, the technician, did a phenomenal job. He was very kind and patient with us. He is extremely thorough and meticulous in his work. We had a fiberglass shower insert removed and needed plumbing re-ran to make way for a tile shower install. Matthew also replaced copper piping and valves in the basement that had corroded / begun leaking. He also went through our entire home and assessing all visible plumbing; replacing/fixing anything needed. Pricing was very fair and the invoice thoroughly explained and listed all costs / itemized all materials used. Would absolutely recommend and use again in the future!

Recently visiting family, my grandparents house suddenly had a gas leak, fire dept came out and shut off the valve. We called Frecka plumbing, who sent out Tim, who was able to determine the cause was a leaky pipe that had loosened over time. He was friendly , knowledgeable, and truly needed. We are super grateful for his timely arrival and for solving our problem in a fast and efficient manner. Called them at 8, he got here at 11 and was finished before noon. 10/10 would call them again for anything.

Had Frecka come out to install a new shut off valve under my kitchen sink. They were professional and courteous. They didn't waste time and did a great job.

Called on a Tuesday and made an appointment for Wednesday afternoon for an anode replacement in an 8 year-old hot water heater. Tim showed up on time and within 1/2 hour the task was completed at a very reasonable price. I had a drainage hose set up to the floor drain and an auto trouble light above the heater for visibility.
Great service and commitment to a potentially troublesome job. Would have done myself, but often is very difficult to remove the old anode which is usually corroded.

From the first time I talked to Mike and he walked me through a possible solution, to the time it became apparent a valve replacement was necessary, Mike and Josh came to our house, treated us as family, and very professionally replaced our shut off valve in conjunction with our city turning off/on the water as required. Mike gave me a guesstimate in advance and the job turned out to be less! When Josh was leaving he said 'if you ever need anything call us', I told him I would never call anyone else! These guys were the best!

Matthew came out to do some follow-up work on a faucet install. Knowledgeable, caring, articulate and detail oriented are words that can be used to describe him. I felt like more than just a customer after he left. We will definitely be having him/Frecka out for additional work in the future!

I called them Friday morning my living ceiling was dripping. I had a house showing at 11:30 and grandsons graduation. He sent Matt right over he was in the area. Matt was there maybe 5 minutes, knew just what to do, had new faucet, stems and drain in truck. Fixed and cleaned up and so polite and was out ten minutes before showing. Thanks Frecka for saving the day.

Called and left a message late Sunday night outside of regular business hours that I was in the need of a hot water tank and outside spigot replaced- by 8am Frecka had called me back and scheduled me same day. A young man named David showed up timely and did an outstanding job- explained everything in great detail! Excellent service and this young man represented the company in a wonderful professional manner!!

Very nice job and was nice to my grumpy old cat. We got a toilet installed and a leaky sink drain fixed. He talked through what he would likely need to do ahead of time and was on time and finished quickly even though there were extra complications especially with the toilet (old bad flange and very rusty overall).

I needed to replace a stack pipe and my tub drain needed resealed. Frecka came out for an estimate very quickly and worked around my schedule to get everything I needed done in a single day. Chris and Josh were on time, and finished a big job very quickly. When the job was quoted, there was a chance that a portion of the wall in my bathroom would need to be removed to fasten the stack pipe. Chris and Josh were able to fasten the stack without having to remove any portion of the wall, which I greatly appreciated. I wanted to go with a local business, and I'm glad I did!

Needed my cast iron waste stack replaced. No one was willing to give me an estimate except for Frecka out of 5 companies I called. They came on time, worked all day and came in less than the estimate!!! 2 guys worked all day. I was impressed and when my son looked at the work they had done he was impressed too. He said they did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them!

I had contacted Frecka to replace some piping under my sink which was done improperly and also replace a valve on my toilet. They had sent out Tim who was absolutely wonderful, he explained everything and the cost for doing both of these 2 projects was VERY reasonable and well worth the money!

Sump grinder in our basement was inoperable. I called and spoke to Ryan. We set an appointment. When Chris came out, water was already flowing up from my basement water heater / dehumidifier drain. Chris worked quickly, results were great. The fixed sump area was resealed, looked professional, and the price was very affordable. I highly recommend Frecka, and will use them again.
