Chips crew is amazing! They did an awesome job and did it right! They came to my house and basically gutted the bathroom and redid the kitchen ceiling, they put in a new shower which is amazing and looks beautiful. I couldn't be more thankful for the hard work and effort they put into making sure my grandma was safe when taking a shower. They were kind and understanding and I will definitely recommend them to others when they need anything done, and I will definitely want them back in the future when/if I need anything done again! Thank you so much!

Chip was amazing and made the whole experience, for me. It was quite rocky to begin with, the job took way longer than expected, and kind of made me feel like I wasn't a priority (8:40am to 3pm - they had to go get a part and "took a very long lunch" - told by one of the crew members) but once the part was in and Chip came in, it saved the day, project managed and saved the whole thing. He did have to teach the other guys how to do the job, but I appreciated his ability to calmly teach and how personal he was. I would certainly recommend this company and specifically Chip. Lamar also was very intuitive and was kind enough to put everything back under my sink after he took it out and even shook out my rug that got some dust on it. Very good experience.

Ron and his helper were polite, courteous, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Pricing for the diagnostic was fair ($~130), as was the cost of the repair. Our sump pump was malfunctioning and their team was here a few hours after we called, and completed the repair and replacement with a professional quality pump and pipe in under two hours (for less than $1,000 with the diagnostic fee). We will definitely be using them again for any unexpected, urgent repairs!

They did leave a small pile of plastic debris from cutting pipe, but that is to be expected and it took me :30 seconds to shop vac. 🙂

They came when they said they would and completely replaced my mother's furnace in an all day project. The furnace was in the attic in a tight space. But that didn't stop them. They installed a new thermostat and a voice activated C02/Smoke detector in the hallway near the thermostat. They cleaned everything up and explained to us about 1 free future furnace cleaning. I would call them again for any future problems.

While my boiler sprung a leak and I needed immediate service, I had trouble getting a company to come in a timely manner, another well known company couldn't get out to my property for 6 days, another company hung up, and HJack's was there in 30 minutes and saved the day. Thanks HJack's!

Dylan was so helpful and kind when he came out to service our water heater. He was very informative and educated us on some other things that would help make our system better. 10/10 experience!

We called H Jack’s after another company had no one on call over the weekend for an emergent issue with our hot water tank. They were able to be here within an hour and had the entire install completed within 3 hours. They were very courteous and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them! Thank you!

It was late evening Saturday night and I had multiple family members coming to our house the next day! I had a major drain clogged and needed ti fixed that night. I called two other services that stated they had 24/7 service, but neither of them could come out that evening???
H Jack was the ONLY service that stated they could service our residence that same night and we agreed to have them come out to our residence.
They sent a smart, polite and professional young man by the name of Lamar. He was EXCELLENT, knew his service, professional, cleaned up everything and solved the problem!
I own a business myself and the service provided was exactly the way service should be and rarely can be found anymore.
On top of that I would love to hire Lamar or at lease t clone this young man who has the total package of professionalism and service.
Lastly Lamar provided a summary sheet of additional services by H Jack and we will DEFINITELY utilize those services!

Great customer service. Arrived to inspect my old furnace on a cold snowy Saturday within a few hours. New furnace works perfectly.

I have used HJacks twice now, and both times were fantastic. The most recent one was an emergency, and they arrived exactly when the dispatcher said they would. I would recommend them for any job, emergency or not.

The entire team was excellent! I am a remote worker and by office is in the basement. They were very considerate and as quiet as possible. They did a great job, reasonably priced, and finished up quickly! Highly recommend!

My first experience has been 5 star. They took care of my toilet leak immediately. Dylan & Steve were professional and competent. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again if the need arises. Completely satisfied with their work.

We’ve had two incidents in the last month and both times they were very helpful, quick, and professional. When a leaky valve turned into needing a new vanity and toilet they were extremely generous with pricing, showed up right on time, and were done in under 2 hours. When our basement flooded today, they were here in 15 min and out within 30! They also installed our water heater years ago and we haven’t had any problems. So thankful to them for saving us a lot of stress!!

Jay and Greg came out to our house on Friday. We had a broken pipe and couldn't have the water on. They were able to come the same day and give me a free estimate. They got all the repairs done the same day. I couldn't ask for things to have gone better than they did. They really saved my day and had everything fixed and cleaned up a few hours after arriving. This company has gained a customer for life.

Installation was very professional. Furnace installation crew knew what they were doing. Did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Couldn't be more pleased with the product and installation.

We had to have our main stack replaced and came cross even more issues so they'll be doing sewer work also. They are definitely not the cheapest company we got estimates from but they will do it all. Alot of other companies won't cut into walls and do the wall repair. THEY WILL. That was one of the things that we factored in to our decision. The team that did our work was professional, explained everything they were doing, and were on time. I hope the sewer team is just as good, but so far this is my new go to company for all of our plumbing needs.
Update: Sewer team was just as good and very thorough in their work. However I hope to not have these guys back for a very long time!

Great same day service after Home Depot just dropped off the new dishwasher in the middle of the kitchen and refused to hook it up. They were out within an hour to put it in.

I am always so expressed with H. Jack's they have always been lifesavers, very professional and work with us on our home repair needs. Thankyou H. Jack!

Ben was on time and did a very good job repairing the issue on hand. The price was a little high but well worth it. We love the job that they do because they do it right the first time. We recommend you whenever someone has a problem with their issues. You have the best people working for you.
