Jeff The Plumber

I called Jeff the plumber to clear my main drain 12/28. They came out the same day and cleared the drain for a very reasonable price. Eric was very nice and explained things very clearly to me! They are great! I highly recommend them, and will defiantly use them again.

We've been using Jeff the Plumber for over 30 years and they constantly exceed our expectations on any type of service we need. Our kitchen sink became clogged the evening of Thanksgiving and we called hoping they'd be able to come out in a few days. Much to our delight, they were able to come out the next day, they fixed the problem, cleaned the area they worked in and left with our kitchen looking as if they'd never been there! Jeff the Plumber has some of the most knowledgeable servicemen in the industry. They're friendly, professional and responsive to any questions we have.

We've been so satisfied with their service that other family members also use them exclusively. We wouldn't think about using any other company for our plumbing needs! Highly recommended!!

Dominion shut off the gas to our business and Jeff the Plumber came out to assess the issues and fixed the plumbing issue the next day. Several other companies could not help us and where they failed Jeff the Plumber excelled. Our business has heat again!

I moved our refrigerator and severed the ice making line, which constantly poured water into the house and I could not figure out how to shut off the water. I called Jeff the Plumber, panicked, and within 20 minutes Joe arrived. He was outstanding. Joe fixed everything and even wiped down the standing water. Joe showed me how to shut off the water. The charge was reasonable and everything works again. Instead of a long haul catastrophe I have my life and house back to normal without any serious damage. I am so grateful at the quick service, Joe's skills, and his caring and helpful nature. When the water started pouring into our kitchen I had no clue that within one hour my house would be back to normal. Thank you once again, Jeff the Plumber.

We were having issues with a possible broken pipe under the crawl space at our home. On Monday August 21 I called Jeff the plumber and explained the issue. They made an appointment and Alva and Nick were dispatched to my home. They thoroughly checked the pipe for leaks and cleaned it out. They were able to patch it up. We will probably replace it in the future. They were here on time and knew exactly what to do. It was so hot and humid that day I felt bad that they had to crawl under the house. We had a leaky water tank. I assumed we needed a new one. We called Jeff the plumber and Rich came out and said it was the supply one and I darn well he could have gotten me for a new tank. Thank you for being honest!!

We have had to call them several times for different issues. They were very helpful and responsive. Will continue to use them and they are very reasonable.

Jeff the Plumber in the Akron area has done a variety of jobs at our house. They are timely, reliable, honest and I certainly recommend them.

Have used them on two separate occasions and have been very happy with the results on both occasions. First one I had them video my exterior downspouts to look for a break or blockage. Very friendly and went over and above working with us to try and determine the cause of the problem. The other time was addressing a clogged kitchen sink and they were able to unclog it in 30 minutes time.

I really cant say nice enough stuff about them. Always a fair price and even gave me ways to save money! He was really nice and did the job really quick

This is my second time using Jeff The Plumber. The first experience, also five stars, they replumbed a whole house for me and did a fantastic job and were extremely professional. This time, on a different house, I called them for a leaking water heater. They scheduled me an appointment that was very soon and called me when the plumber was on his way. He arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. He examined my water tank and determined it needed replaced. He informed me of the options and costs and then explained that he would go get the tank and install it same day. He returned quickly, installed the tank perfectly, cleaned up the mess, and made sure I knew the features of the new tank before leaving. I strongly recommend using Jeff The Plumber.

I had Jeff The Plumber come out in May 2020 to fix my basement shower. I spoke with an employee named Andy who was respectful and easy to communicate with. They were able to fix my shower no problem. I recently had an issue with my basement shower again. I spoke with Andy again and he reassured me they would send someone out ASAP. They fixed it no problem. Good people. Would recommended them to anyone.

An emergency call went out at 11pm. They worked on my "main" valve leak at midnight. Price was reasonable considering the ungodly hour I had to have them work on the pipes. Grateful they were so considerate and helpful in a very stressful time.

This is the 3rd time we have used Jeff the Plumber. 1st 2 times I used them for my Aunts house. This time we needed them for our house. We thought we had issues with one downspout drain. Turns out it was both downspouts across the back of our house. Shane did a absolute awesome job of finding the problems and recommending what needed to be done. Shane was wonderful to work with. Shane was very punctual courteous and respectful would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Called in the morning, was able to have someone come after I got home from work. Even though we have to pay extra for after hours, it was worth it. Nick showed up on time. Actually he was early and was happy to wait 3 mins as I was right down the street still driving home. He fixed our drain problem and let us know exactly what he did, what the problem was, and how to possibly (hopefully) not have the same issue in the future. Nick was very personable as well as professional. Would definitely recommend company.

i called on Sunday morning as I did not have hot water and did not want to wait until Monday for service. Brian came and replaced my hot water tank promptly. He arrive at 10 am as promised and left at 12:30. Price was reasonable -- as I had received other estimates a few months ago from two other plumbers. Very grateful to have hot water.

Woke up this morning to a cold shower - guess what? Water heater gone and basement flooded. I called Jeff the Plumber at 8:00 and they show up at 10:00. He works hours and ends up replacing the whole unit! Worse yet - they refuse to take payment. "It is under warranty" they insist. Warranty!! Not only exceptional, prompt service - they stand by their warranty!! I have used Jeff the Plumber for decades- never had a bad experience. They are an outstanding service provider and I highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs!

We just had a new hot water tank installed and I can’t say enough good things about Nick and the entire company. With the installation call, he also noted a couple of minor fixes that were needed and he completed them quickly and with little additional cost. From the first phone call to the end product we couldn’t be more pleased by their professionalism, punctuality and courteousness. Jeff the Plumber will be the ONLY plumber we use in the future.
