My Android S22+ was lost due to a traffic accident. Courtney was knowledgeable and suspended the line foe me. I deliberately went back to that location because of her and Paige. They explained everything in layman's terms and got me on my way. Highly recommend!

Went to the store to get my phone activated. Adam did a great job taking care of me. He was patient and answered all of my questions. 10/10 would recommend

I stopped in and worked with the tall blonde kid first with a charging issue, he didn't do anything to fix my phone and sent me on my way. I had to stop back 2 hours later. I worked with Adam the second time and he was wonderful. He helped me get a new phone, set up my device, get all my icons in the right places. I recommend seeing Adam.

I needed to get a new cell phone on New Year's Day, and Adam was absolutely fantastic! Before getting there, he had spoken to me, texted me the information I needed, arranged for the time that I could come in to pick up the phone, etc.

He really goes above and beyond. And completely understands customer service. I would highly recommend visiting this branch and speaking to him to get the best service and recommendations.

My wife and I were due for new phones. We walked into the Wadsworth store and was nicely greeted by the Store Manager Adam. He was working with two customers at once when we got there and was done helping them within a few minutes. He was very professional, nice and very helpful with those customers as I overheard some of their conversation. When those customers left the store, Adam apologized for our wait since he was the only employee working in the store at the time. I told him that my wife and I wanted to upgrade our phones and heard about a deal where we could trade in our paid off phones for newer phones. So he showed us the top 3 phones and the pros and cons of each. We decided on Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G phone. Adam was super helpful by transferring our contacts and other data from our old phones to our new phones. He was detailed in his work, outlined what we owed that day for the bill and what our phone bill would cost us each month. He made the upgrading/buying process a great experience! Thanks Adam for your hard work, patience, kindness and helpfulness!

Went in to update. Received 2 new S20 phones and added an extra line. Phillip worked with us. He honestly has the patience of a Saint! He worked for a hour to get our third line going. Hope he receives some type of reward or acknowledgement for his time, kindness and patience.

Our sales Rep Courtney was great! She went over our account with us to be sure we were getting the Best Rates possible. We bought two new phones and Courtney transferred all the data over and made sure everything was working before we left the store. I’ll definitely refer people to this store to see her.
