Alec Dadas was my service writer and very knowledgeable as well as kind, unlike my other interactions at another dealership. Alec kept me informed the whole way through the process of which I brought it in for which was the alarm intermittently going off and a recall. Very pleasant experience from start to finish. This is the dealership that cares.

Took my 2016 Malibu for service for oil change and tire rotation. Service went well but could have be a little quicker.
Al Dadas, Service Advisor, took the time to provide and explain my request to have rear shocks and mounts checked for bump noises while traveling on these great Ohio roads. Service was accomplished and is running great.

I went here and got service from Carmen. I bought my very first car and she did an amazing job helping me and showing me how to finance and walking me through every step of buying a new car. She was very thorough when showing me the car and she made my whole experience great!

I took my 2018 Trax in for an oil change and my tires rotated and was greeted kindly by Steve Liska. He escorted me into the waiting room and showed me where the coffee/water/popcorn was and told me to help myself. They did the work quickly and I was out of there within 45 minutes. Service was wonderful

Every time I take my car in for service I always get a pleasant greeting. My recent service was handled by Charles Ballard. I took my car in for an oil change and he suggested something else that needed taken care of. I didn’t have to wait a long time either. I am very pleased with Spitzer Chevrolet.

Although Spitzer Northfield is further away from another Chevy dealer within a few miles from my home, the trip is worth it.John Berryhill was the auto service person who helped me. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. He kept me appraised of what was being done and checked with me when necessary. In addition, all the personnel in the showroom were friendly and made me comfortable while waiting.Even though there are several places one could go for an oil change and tire rotation, I recommend Spitzer Northfield based on John Berryhill's attention to his customers and the comfortable waiting area.
