California DMV Now Kiosk

Fast and convenient. Did not accept cash and charge 2% extra for any card use.

This kiosk worked for me before without a problem. This last time I used it I wasn't able to get my registration and tags even tho it kept my registration and tags fees of $350 some odd dollars that I payed with a debit card. The foodmaxx store manager was no help what so ever. He basically said call the number on the kiosk.I had to wait 2weeks to have the money put back into my account...

After I got my money back I went to the express DMV. It cost like $30 extra on top of my registration and tag fees.
It was well worth the money because I had my registration and NEW tags for my vehicle in less then 4 minutes..

My opinion is GO TO THE EXPRESS DMV OFFICE OFF OF WATT AVE.

Tried to renew my car registration today 5/21/2023. Something is wrong with the card reader. It declined my credit card 3 times which was weird because I used this card to make a purchase at FoodMax and it worked fine. Then stupid me decided to use my debit card at this DMV kiosk, tried 3 times and it was declined as well but they changed me $5.64 three times. Never provided services but did charge for them. I am calling my bank on Monday to argue these changes. This kiosk is such a scam.
