Great experience! sales lady named Jolly was a joy to talk with, even when we unknowingly
kept her past the closing time deciding on furniture!
I've had lazyboy furniture in the past and it lasts forever! Top notch quality and comfort but definitely not cheap, so get it while they are running sales, and make sure to ask for Jolly!

We went in to "look" at recliners.....ha! With their end of the year sale we chose our fabric and ordered 2!! Kudos to Robin in the design department for helping with fabric and to Madison, in sales, for being by my side as I sat in all the chairs, more than once. I love no pressure sales!
BTW, I am calling Madison today to order a couch we sat on too! Highly recommend Howland Lazyboy.

The sales staff at the Niles La-Z-Boy were so very helpful. They took the time to go over colors and benefits of different fabrics made choosing my living room furniture, enjoyable.

I really appreciate manger Dan Krafft’s willingness to work with me over the phone to place an order for a power recliner for my parents. I live in California and my parents live near the Howland store. I identified the chair I wanted by going to my local store but had some difficulties finding a store near my parents willing to do a phone order. Thank goodness Dan accepted the challenge!
He was patient while we identified the fabric I wanted and never made me feel rushed.
I look forward to working with the Howland store in tracking and delivering our new power recliner!

You can’t go wrong shopping at La/Z-Boy in Niles. The showroom has all types of beautiful furniture and the staff is most helpful. We purchased two recliners and couldn’t be happier. Delivery was quick and they came exactly when they said they would!!

My experience was absolutely perfect. Although Rob was fairly new he did a wonderful job. Aaron who was overseeing Rob was AMAZING!! He was hands on the entire time and actually helped me with my decisions. I went thinking I knew what I wanted and ended up buying different and even added accent pieces. I highly recommend them.
