Ordered our new fridge and stove today. Shout out to Rich! He's super helpful and not a pushy salesman. I love home Depot for their appliances and the additional insurance. PEOPLE! ALWAYS GET THE ADDITIONAL INSURANCE! The manufacturer warranty only goes so long. It's so worth it on big ticket items!
Anyways, store always clean, helpful staff, well stocked and ease in ordering. You can even see what items are in stock prior to leaving your house!
They have free delivery, removal of old appliance has minimal fee and all around it's a great place!

i would love to leave a review about a nice employee named alex. he has blonde hair. He helped me find thick cut lumber that i was looking for to build my dream shed. home depot did an amazing job hiring this young man. “how doers get more done.” - home depot. i love you home depot

Definitely my preferred home improvement store. The excellent customer service was a nice surprise over most places and the store is clean and well organized. Was able to get the parts I needed and get out quick. The best part for me was the cashier up front ringing me out with a smile and not expecting me to use the idiotic self checkout.

Home Depot provides great service to all who comes in. A special shout out to Agostino Ragozzino who works in the customer service department. He sorted out all my returns in a matter of minutes. He is a great guy and deserves employee of the year. Give this man a raise. Great guy and a great company!!!

Not sure why all the bad reviews I get help every time I go there I guess it’s just the right time today me and my wife bought a new washer and dry and was helped by a woman name Chantel she was so helpful answering all our questions and getting us set up for delivery would definitely come back for all our appliances!

I shop at a lot of Home Depots and this one is nice, has a decent selection for us in the electrical field.

Purchased a new LG washer last week. The salesman Rich Prezioso was great. He was very professional and helpful. I will definitely go to him again when I need another appliance. The delivery was also excellent and on time.

Great service!!!! My husband went to get us a Christmas tree that we previously saw in the store that we all liked. He came back and was telling me what great service he received from the Home Depot Niles store. Lori was professional, kind, respectful, and helpful. We love our Home Depot and recommend them.

The African American woman with glasses and short hair at checkout was fun, helpful, gave us great information. She was very friendly. I would return to the store because of the great customer service ahe and Rich gave.

I had bought an pull behind aerator for my lawn tractor online to pick up at the store. I paid online and within an hour they sent me an email saying it was ready for pickup and I could either do curbside or come in. I decided to go in as I wanted to load it myself. The person at the service desk was very helpful even though it was pretty busy. She was going to get it for me, but she ended up having to call someone because it was too heavy. The associate came and loaded it on a cart and asked if I needed help or if he could load it for me. Everything was very streamlined and easy. Everyone was pleasant and professional. I will definitely use this service again.

Picked up some BEHR™ premium flat paint at the Home Depot to paint over a red attic...lol...Covered beautifully in one coat. Highly recommended.

I went to Home Depot to get help with my fridge that broke after 2 months (LG Refrigerator), after getting zero assistance from LG. Stephanie D waited on us in appliances and she was awesome. Very respectful, professional and accommodating. She did everything possible to help us and make the situation right. Also, Nick the store manager and Craig were very helpful and did everything they could to help me. I appreciated all of their efforts. Stefanie deserves a raise and Nick and Craig understand what customer service means. Because of them I will give Home Depot another chance.

Absolutely love this place. All the staff know where things are in this huge warehouse of all things needed for improvements. Relatively great pricings. Can order online and pick up when you arrive, they offer everything from putting a fresh coat of paint on a wall to completely building a structure from scratch with all the tools equipment and knowledge to help you on your journey to improving your home. Clean facility with friendly knowledgeable staff and large selection of goods

I only went to the garden center this time. There was a wide selection of flowering plants, trees, vegetables, & herbs. They also carry every garden tool, plant food,and pest control product you could possibly need along with plenty of outdoor decor. The staff was very knowledgeable & helpful.

Great customer service. One of the floor assistants asked if I was finding what I needed. I asked about two items. He told me exactly where one was. He said that he didn't have the second, but he gave me the name of a supply company to contact. This is why I go to Home Depot--the consistently excellent customer service.
