Excellent service. Helpful staff. Easy to talk to. Female friendly...No attitudes! From mechanics to service advisor to owner they are very helpful and I always feel comfortable going there. Highly recommend.

My baby officially turned 600 miles today so we went and visited Dr. Tim and the crew over at Durands for his first checkup. Never short than impressed with the speedy service that we received. Once we got him he got a bath and was like new again. Definitely recommend Durands for all your service needs!

So far everything is going well we have a lot of work being done on my brother's bike a older ninja, that parts are harder to find. We're having a lot of upgrades, cosmetics & a new clutch oilchange, e.t.c. I'll keep you posted . I think we found a good place. The guys the are great. Picked up this zx6 from Durand's the service was awesome and the staff was super friendly. Has the best prices anywhere around and even let me keep the bike there untill I think it my shed in. Great people would definitely recommend checking them out if you're looking to get a new motorcycle, quad, dirtbike or just need service. A++

Since arriving in Rhode Island this has been my go to shop for my bike. They are fantastic when it comes to all types of motorcycles. I definitely appreciate the level of care along with the great customer service. They will care for your baby as much as you do. They will take note of potential issues and verify if you would like to proceed with repairs or service. Some shops will do service that may not be necessary which is unfortunate but vetting your potential shop is a must today. Durand's continues to do an excellent job and will always be my shop until I leave.

Hands down the best place around! After purchasing a brand new 2022 kx250 at a different shop it blew up in a month. I brought it back to the other shop and was told that “I sank the bike” and it needed a rebuild without ever actually pulling the bike apart to diagnose it. After sitting in that shop for 2 months I decided to take it to durands. The guys at durands pulled the bike apart and found a factory defect. They then reached out to Kawasaki to let them know and Kawasaki agreed to cover all labor and parts. Less than a week after getting the ok from Kawasaki to move forward with the repairs I had my bike back. The guys kept me updated throughout the whole process as well. I definitely won’t be going anywhere else from here on out.

In in the recent few months i have purchased 3 bikes from Durand's Kawasaki and my experience has been memorable. The service is absolutely fantastic. The man who sold me the bikes is a great guy he knows how to speak with you as if you were a human being and family. They have great knowledge and education about the work they do there. I absolutely reccomend this place to anyone who is starting out or has massive experience in riding.

I had purchased a bike at another dealership last year that was a bit closer to me and had a not so satisfying experience so was hesitant on going to a new place but heard good things about Durands so figured I'd take the ride up and see what they had to offer and I have to say it was a great experience.

Terry was extremely helpful with hooking me up with great rates, a great bike and a great overall experience. He's awesome to deal woth and will go to any extent to make sure you leave the shop a satisfied customer.

Not only did he take time to answer all my questions but he also showed the upmost respect to my girlfriend who was with me (unlike my last dealership who just wanted to get the paperwork done and make the sale then never answer back on anything)

l will be recommending this shop to anyone I know who is looking for a bike! And can't wait to pick up mine!

Super cool staff. Purchased a 2017 zx10r from Terry last year and couldn't have been more happy with the experience. Super easy and quick with a fantastic deal. Just had a recall done for the bike and they took care of it right away with no wait time. Nothing but great things to say about this place. Have awesome deals all the time. We just bought a new vulcan from Durand. Normally buying any type of vehicle is stressful with all kinds of haggling and going cak and forth. This was not the case here. Terry gave us a great deal in the bike. Walked us thru everything. Financing went smooth. He delivered the bike to us when he said. But the most impressive part was Terry's focus on safety and making sure we had everything we needed to ensure that. He called back to check in and see how things were going. Great little cut in the corner spot. Small but helpful and patient helped me with everything I needed and had the helmet I was looking for in-stock. Apprieciate the staffs time helping me get ready for my first ride!

I found these guys thru a recommendation on Facebook , thru a page called grew up in fall river . Let me tell you , they were right . All the guys are A1 . Prices are good and so is the service . Had work done and was nervous but never had to go back to re fix anything . All bike parts and cleaning products are well priced to me , and I'm a penny pincher ..
