Holiday Inn St. George Conv Ctr, an IHG Hotel

The hotel is great! Have stayed there in the past.
We went to Burger Theory at the hotel. The service was terrible. They greeted us and told us to sit where we wanted, no menu was ever offered and the server never came by. All of the staff looked at us, all 3 of them... After waiting for twenty plus minutes. No service. We experienced something similar before, pretty much the same service and wanted to give them a second chance? Big mistake, went somewhere else. No more Burger Theory!

Had a great stay here; service was great, rooms were comfy, and I was able to sleep well because of the lack of loud traffic nearby. The breakfast buffet is really good too.

I got in just before midnight. Staff was super helpful and polite in getting me checked in. My room was literally right behind the elevators which is not a room I would have picked, but I just needed to find a place to stay.

I am genuinely surprised, I did not hear the elevators at all, the room was super quiet. Even in the morning as more people would be using the elevators, I totally spaced where I was in comparison until I walked out of my room and remembered the elevators were right there.

Great location, clean everything, easy parking and access to I-15, very nice staff.
We only wish there was good coffee, but that is so rarely the case at hotels.

Great hotel. Very clean, the rooms are large and in great condition. The bed is very comfortable. The shower is large and nice. They have the large refillable bottles of soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. Everyone was also very friendly. They have a burger theory in the hotel that serves breakfast and dinner. Would definitely stay here again.

Found this Hotel for a last second work trip to Nevada. All the hotels were full because of some event going on.

When I cam into the Hotel, I met the receptionist, Jennison. She was super helpful and nice. Good food recommendations. Gave me the feeling she actually cares. Every night when I walked in she asked "Wake up call at 5:30A.M correct?" Which is very nice. I went downstairs half asleep in need of a fork, and I also locked myself out of my room. She just laughed and gave me a fork and room key. Then asked if there was anything else. She made this stay alot more comfortable.

All in all great hotel and great restaurant.

This is a amazing hotel to rest. Its the best spot to put a hotel since its in St. George and in St. George you can get anything you want. These bathrooms were very nice. The faucet was pretty good out of all the hotels. I have been to. 10/10 Hotel would definitely recommend.

It was a nice place and we were very comfortable. The staff were kind. It was very close to the Dixie convention center.

For the money this place was great! The staff was friendly and competent. We had trouble with our refrigerator. The desk immediately sent Mark to attend to the problem. He was efficient and considerate. When we asked for cleaning service, it was performed as requested. I’d stay here again.

The hotel staff was very friendly. The breakfast was was really good, the seating area was clean and comfortable. Only complaint i have is someone's dog barking a lot.

This was hands down the BEST stay I've had at any hotel in the past few years. Lexy, on the night staff, was extremely friendly and got us check-in quickly while we gathered our bags after a few days in Zion. Then, in the morning, Walker, the manager, made us feel very at home. He chatted about the different trails in the area and helped me get access to a location to take a Zoom call. This hotel is traveler and business-friendly while being very affordable for what you get. Thank you Holiday Inn staff!

Food was good. Service was great!

Staff really has it together. The place feels new and is very clean. All the services work; everything went perfectly. A short walk-through parking lots to the visitor center, in the museum by the interstate, with a whole lot of tourist information. The hotel restaurant (Burger Theory) is quite serviceable, also with good people; I recommend the breakfast skillet.

I had a great stay at this Holiday Inn. The grounds and the building are all very well kept. The room was very clean and modern. I was on the 5th floor. Very quiet corner suite. Restaurant on-site. Nearby river walking trail. Try to park your car in front or side facing street in the winter to melt the frost off your windshield in the morning sun.

Wonderful hotel with great location to interstate 15, view, comfortable beds, in room coffee, refrigerator, and microwave. Amenities offered were very nice. Enjoyed the onsite restaurant downstairs and the jacuzzi in the evening. We were traveling from Idaho to Southern California but definitely would like to go back for a longer stay.

Really nice hotel! Friendly staff and the bed is SO comfortable. Room is very clean and has a nice desk. Has a mini fridge and wall mounted thermostat! We also have a pretty nice view out the back of the hotel. Will stay here again!

Very new and clean facility. Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. The dining in the lobby area is really good. A place I might even visit when I am not staying at the hotel. I would recommend this hotel to friends staying in the area.
It doesn't feel like a Holiday inn, it feels more upscale than its typical hotels.
