Desert Garden Inn, A Trademark Collection Hotel

Overall very happy with my 3 night stay. You can tell staff is putting forth effort. I would stay there again.
Excellent - Breakfast, Air conditioner.
Good - shower, beds, room service, pool depth, and pool shading.
Needs improvement - pool had too much chlorine, burns the eyes. Jacuzzi not warm enough for my liking - I know its expensive to keep those things hot. The machine that magnetizes the key cards for the rooms only works half the time.

The hotel is not right at a freeway ramp, but worth driving to. Although an older hotel, it was clean and comfortable with a certain charm. The courtyard garden was beautiful. Breakfast was back to pre-Covid levels with eggs, bacon, waffles and all else you expect. The pool was nice and had a nice exercise room. There is an on-site restaurant. The night clerk was charming and helpful. We did have a slow draining sink. We reported it to the desk clerk in the morning as we checked out, but he clearly did not want to be bothered. He didn't get of his seat or write down the issue.

FANTASTIC!! The pool seriously was top notch. It felt like a resort the way the pool looked and the way they played music on speakers. We seriously spent the whole day in the pool with our three young kids and felt like kids ourselves. We noticed the front desk staff seemed to get inundated with calls from a manager or owner while we were waiting which made the wait a lot longer. And it seemed like the desk may have been understaffed all together, we waited between 15 and 40 min between our three interactions with the front desk (even with little to no line ahead of us). We hope the management knows things were great there for us!! Hopefully they can relax a little knowing their staff, the cleanliness and impressiveness of the pool, the great work of the cleaning teams, are all doing amazing work! We’d definitely come back!!

I enjoyed my recent stay here. I was treated very kindly by the staff and the accommodations were comfortable. I decided to extend my trip, so arrived earlier than planned and they graciously combined my two reservations so I wouldn’t have to move rooms. I really liked that I could park my car directly outside my room on the ground floor and bring my items in & out through a personal sliding glass door directly into my room. Very handy.

They even apologized when I left early because the weather happened to not be conducive to mountain biking for this early spring trip. That is most definitely not their fault, but I appreciate the gesture and great guest care!!

We initially booked with a pet room unknowingly. The hostess was gracious enough to put us in a non-pet room. It had a pool view and was very nice. The pool area is very nice, and the pool is heated and larger than expected. The bed was incredibly comfortable! The room was quite large and had everything that one would want in a hotel.

I have had several great experiences staying at this hotel. No check-in was better than last night, when Shawna (Shauna) checked me in. She was absolutely delightful. Efficient, pleasant, friendly, affable and an entertaining conversationalist.
The room was in very good shape, clean, spacious and the bed was comfortable.

The employees here are seriously nice and attentive! Room was clean on arrival, and bed was super comfortable! They have a great restaurant connected to the lobby and plenty of other places to eat within walking distance.

Great value at a very nice Inn. They have a very nice/pretty pool-hot tub area tucked into the courtyard & gardens with rooms surrounding it (some open right into this courtyard) , no parking lot view from pool! The rooms are very clean and well maintained. The furniture and art reminded me of my grandmother's house (she has expensive taste) and so I felt right at home here. Super safe. Very nice staff. Breakfast was hot and decent (eggs, meat, potato, fruit,cereals, toast), the only thing I missed was the waffle iron because I was craving a waffle, but oh well. I would absolutely stay here again.

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The hotel was clean in all areas. Our room was spacious and had great amenities including a microwave and fridge. Our second floor room had a good view of the pool area. The pool and hot tub were clean and plenty big enough. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay. Less crowded at the pools during the week. We find it to be a great place to relax and take a needed break for our anniversary. Reading by the pool was fun. The condo we rented was fabulous! So much room. We plan on returning next month with our children to enjoy it with them.

Hotel staff quick to help whenever I approached the desk. Rick the maintenance guy was extremely friendly and a pleasure to talk to (didn't experience any issues-- I just wanted to compliment him on the grounds keeping and pool cleanliness)

The pool itself is truly incredible. They advertise it as the best in town and I can believe it-- huge and heated to 85 degrees! Deep too!! The grounds around it are gorgeous with many places to sit and relax.

Our room was clean with comfortable beds and great water pressure in the shower (not something you always find.)

Breakfast was incredible-- it was a full selection with meats, homemade french toast, and real eggs (not the powder kind, at least from what I could tell.) They also had many types of fresh breads!

All in all a great experience-- I would certainly go back again!

What a great hotel! The rooms are comfortably large, clean, and well kept. The service was outstanding. The pool is great with a large deep (8') section and a large shallow end. My only suggestion is that the included breakfast be improved. A single granola bar and bottle of water, while better than nothing, is a bit pathetic. Maybe throw a packaged doughnut or Danish or something into the bag...

Wonderful hotel!! Love the sliding glass doors for ease of loading and unloading the car and taking dogs out. So much good to say. Comfortable beds, large rooms, great shower, and excellent restaurant attached to the hotel. What more do you need? Oh, l forgot, the pool/spa was excellent too!! We highly recommend this property!!

What a great hotel! Everything from the check in, to the pool and breakfast, was terrific. The service was especially great from Shawnna. She really went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. Made all the difference. I will definitely be back.

Loved this hotel! Great staff- T we had the most interaction with and he was awesome! Our room and King-size were awesome. The bathroom had a heating lamp in it, so when you got out of your warm shower, you're still warm as you dry off and get ready! Great heating and cooling unit. The breakfast is THE BEST. They provide such a great variety of breakfast foods. Their pool and hot tub are prime, super warm pool, and the jacuzzi is quite relaxing. The only downside is if you park under a tree, you are prone to getting a huge pile of bird dropping on your roof- which is not a good idea as you get on the free way and open your sunroof....

Very nice front desk employees. Wonderful pool, surrounded on one side by older palm trees. I had king room with patio walk out to the pool. Excellent breakfast! Room was very nice with refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. First time here, visiting from Wisconsin. I will definitely stay here again.

Nisha and Maddy excellent stewards of their Brand. Supportive of last minute travel changes to my reservation. Excellent customer service focus. Grab and Go breakfast just right for the business travel reason for my visit to the region. Room and overall property in great shape. Would recommend to anyone heading to the St George are for work or play.

Tina at the front desk is the best!! She made our overnight stay very welcoming she honestly could have not been any nicer. Clean rooms ours had a sliding door straight to the parking lot which made loading and unloading the kiddos way easier!! All in all 5⭐'s for Ms.Tina have not met a more friendly front desk person and we are constant travelers.

For the price, I am very satisfied with Crystal Inn. They accept dogs - which was a major deciding factor for our stay. The dog approved rooms have sliding doors to go outside, which is very convenient. Clean and spacious room. Bathroom looks newer, and the mattress appeared to be brand new. Very comfortable. I wouldn't say the decor is fancy, but it is a cozy place. Staff is very nice. Free breakfast includes eggs, sausage, pastries, and other stuff. Above and beyond the average continental breakfast of other places.

The room was great (could use some updating) and had comfortable beds. The pool was outdoors and huge with a smaller covered hot tub. Looked like all room had a balcony/porch. We were on the first floor and had a porch that went right out to the pool. The outside is a little dated looking but overall this hotel was comfortable, not overly priced and had a free breakfast with a maglebys restaurant attached for lunch/dinner.
