Tru by Hilton St. George

Great place! Service was awesome, both check in and out. Breakfast was great. Room was clean and comfy. Thank you for being so kind. It's noticed and we do appreciate it

This hotel is awesome! Lobby has a pool table, games, drinks, and a mini store to buy snacks and drinks. Pool and hot tub were awesome with a really nice covered patio seating area. Breakfast consisted of eggs, sausage, bagels, English muffins, bread, muffins, fruit, oatmeal, pancake maker (to whoever just had the machine make a bunch of pancakes this morning to just sit there, don't do that again), yogurts, cereals, and drinks. Room had a lot of hooks and shelves to put stuff. It wasn't the quietest room I've stayed in, but it was OK. The air has a constant on fan and doesn't make a different sound when the air actually kicks on, which is always a bonus for me! I wish they did room service daily or had a room service door hanger instead of having to personally request it. The gym was really nice. It was spacious with weights, treadmills, bike, exercise balls, etc. The music they had playing was awful - sounded like weird smooth sounds from the 70s or something. It was kept a little too warm for my liking, but it was bearable. Definitely plan on staying at this and other Tru hotels based on our experience.

Katie, the concierge, has to be the most professional I've encountered. The hospitality we were shown by her at 1:30 in the morning to accommodate me and my wife simply out standing. She is truly one of a kind. Thanks again Katie, when I stay here again, it's because of Katie.

Love this hotel! It’s clean and smells fresh immediately upon entry. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are spacious. Staff was kind and accommodating. Lots of parking spaces also. Highly recommend.

Update 1/5/2024 Although things happened the way they did below. Hilton actually made good on my concerns and showed they cared about their patrons contacting me and fixing the issue. So for that I have to increase my review rating.

Staff are 100% awesome. As far as rooms and experience, I won’t use this location again. For one the walls are very thin, like if you are in the bathroom, you can hear exactly what the other person is doing. I get the hotel has a pool, but if I leave and there is water inside the elevator and I come back over an hour later and there is still the same water in the elevator there is a problem. Also the room is a bare bones college dorm style setup. NO microwave in room. The fridge is again a super small dorm style fridge NO freezer. It was turned down and no dial inside to turn cold up. So drinks were not cold until 8hrs. Finally I got so irritated my wife Google the brand and found out the dial is in the very back! Finally cold drinks. My room was not very clean as well. Hair tie with hair in it in bathroom, hair all over bed sheets and pillows. Fitted sheet was partially on bed. Front desk woman came down and had to change my sheets for me personally and sanitize. She was awesome but whoever cleaned my room was not! At the top of the mattress, look down. You will find a lot of debris from them not vacuuming inside the bed platform. The room was constantly getting warm and the ac kept coming on every 20-30 mins and I set it to 78. So it was your either cold or hot at any given time in December. Lastly the shower was leaking water from bottom door on both sides. The tile was not scrubbed from midway down.

5 star service specifically for the people who set up the breakfast service in the morning. The coffee machine was not working well one of the days but they made every effort to accommodate. Everyone we spoke to was very friendly and helpful. Wonderful staff at the St George tru Hilton!

Great location near the freeway. Everything is updated and modern decor. The rooms were nice and clean. It was nice that they had a small free breakfast.

The staff here was amazing! My son and I were at there pool and the staff came out and offered my son otter pops. The staff made us feel welcome

My husband, daughter, and I stayed here because we were unable to stay at another place we had booked. We were able to book a room at 2:30 AM. We were so grateful. The room was clean and roomy. The breakfast was surprisingly good. The pancakes were freshly made, the yogurt choices had a variety of flavors. The eggs and sausage were freshly made as well. The fitness room was great, if that is your kind of thing. Lots of weights, yoga balls, and great treadmills, not the cheap ones. They also have an ice machine and water bottle fill station.

Very nice hotel conveniently located just off I-15 in St. George. Large, clean rooms and a hot breakfast included. Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is a 10 minute drive from downtown where you will find a thriving restaurant scene.

Clean rooms, decent breakfast, pleasant to be in, but mainly, great staff! They made sure to always greet us and ask if they could do anything to make our experience any better, we even witnessed one of the staff members offer a toddler to cut up some apples for them for breakfast! They also gave us some great recommendations on when to go in the park and what hikes to prioritize. The location was pretty good too, and this is a pretty good place to be if you're looking to go to Zion but don't want to stay in Springdale. The hot tub was also pretty nice.

This was was a great stay by the Hilton. I’ve stayed at Hilton before. This was the cleanest and more contemporary. Breakfast wasn’t so great. The usual omelette were premade, Denver omelette. No plain omelettes there. Cool automated pancake machine. Very good. Fresh whole fruit was fantastic. Shhh! Best kept secret hotel! I’ll come back!

What a great hotel. The staff is incredibly welcoming and the hotel is very clean and well run. I met the General Manager Tysha while there and it’s evident as to why this is such a warm and friendly place to stay. She demonstrates this as she meets the guest and it must travel down to all of the associates. The breakfast in the morning was very good and overall, I loved my stay. I will most definitely continue to stay at the Tru St George when visiting the town of Dixie. Lastly, the Peloton bike in the fitness room is a HUGE perk! Loved going for a ride in the air conditioned fitness room!

I appreciate the fun and easy stay at the Tru Hilton Hotels. This specific one is my favorite. They were stocked correctly. The entire hotel was very clean. The pool and jacuzzi were so nice. A fun place to relax and play in (pool table, giant connect 4, board/card games etc,.) My kids all enjoyed their stay. The breakfast was good.

I stayed here for a conference. Customer service was great. I like the minimalist approach of the rooms and the modern style l, though I could see the rooms being a little small for a family. I liked the games and pool table, as well as the pool and hot tub. Breakfast was good, with hot eggs, oatmeal, and bacon. The sausage wasn't great. My biggest complaint is that the interstate is very close, so there is a decent amount of noise related to that. I would stay here again.

Clean and modern style hotel. The air conditioning in our room was amazing. Couldn’t find pool hours online though, so I had to call ahead. It’s open 6am - 10pm if that’s something you’re interested in. Free breakfast also ends at 10am ✌

Stayed here with a group and this place was great. Our favorite was the lobby/common area where our group could hang out together. They had a pool table along with a lot of games (jenga, chess, connect4). The pool & hot tub were open and although a little cold in February, the kids swam. Rooms were fine but we didn't spend much time there. Breakfast was average. Staff was helpful and friendly. Location was great - close to freeway with easy access.

We've stayed here twice and it's a great affordable hotel compared to other options in the area. Overall, rooms are in good shape and have lots of storage and shelves which is nice. Breakfast was good and the kids liked it.

I thought this was great place to stay. Close to the freeway and stores. I liked the gym, pool and water station. I thought the water station was a great idea. Better than going to the room to get the ice bucket then going down the hall to get ice. Also liked the big breakfast with lots of options,(including a pancake machine!) the big games to play and no extra fees or fees for parking. Cons: There wasn't always someone at the desk to help and nobody around to refill the food when it was super busy and running out. The shower could be cleaned better and I feel like the space in the room could be utilized better but other than that it was a great stay.
