Had an amazing experience at this location. I have a dairy allergy and the employee with the pink hair (I believe her name is Katie) was very helpful with suggesting dairy free options. Took a little longer than usual since it was busy but it was worth the wait because the drink was absolutely delicious! There’s a reason this is my go-to spot!

This is my go to coffee place in Brentwood!! Much prefer them than Starbucks across the street. drinks come out so fast and their patio has the best seating arrangements. Christian is soo talented and great eye candy

My favorite coffee shop however the one in Burbank serves much tastier chai lattes

Really good blended drink

This place can charge your phone or laptop, they have charge on set, is a very good place I like to study at this place.

The vanilla iced latte is the best latte I think I have ever had. It’s so yummy! I always thought vanilla was basic but I was proven wrong. Will be ordering again. The service is also always fast and friendly at this location.

The best! This is my everyday go-to spot in town. First off, the main manager Marcus is the coolest, friendliest, and most organized guy out there. Manager Marcus makes this place the great place that it is. The rest of the staff are all friendly and polite. I order mobile to-go orders while I leave my home to drive there, and my order is always ready and waiting for me in the 3-4 minutes it takes me to drive there. BEST SPOT IN TOWN!

Better than Starbucks 100 times over

The “new” store looks great. Good renovation: bright and inviting. A bit difficult to connect to Wi-Fi. Friendly staff !!

The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf's coffee is far superior to Starbucks and other coffee establishments.
I highly recommend Coffee Bean to anyone who wants good-tasting coffee, not burnt coffee like Starbucks. Also, they are much more friendly. It is so sad to see many of Coffee Bean's locations close down. I hope they make a comeback: excellent coffee depends on it.

My favorite coffee chain in the U.S., and it happened to be close to a Starbucks as well. Their food and drink are unique, and it's just something that comes from the spirit of SoCal Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. I love their tea lattes and ice blends. Sometimes, I'll get an iced coffee if espresso is not enough. I love this location, Coffee Bean, and the people that work here. Thankfully, they have Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf at LAX, so when I fly in or out, it's right there. Also, Coffee Bean doesn't make me as addicted to coffee as other places, which is great because I get headaches when I stop drinking coffee suddenly. But not this place!

Well of you are a tea lover you must try. Lots of choices. Of course they have coffee too. My favorite drink is the chai tea latte with vanilla added. I also enjoy the vanilla pure ice blended drink on a hot day. They have a variety of pastries as well if your in the mood for something a little sweet.

The baristas are so sweet 🥺 Love coming here to study cute patio seating not a lot of seats inside though.

The Beary best iced coffee ever. Please bring your double dark fudge chocolate macho it is absolutely the most enlightened iced coffee ever & please lower your prices. Starbucks is no way a legitimate competition to your beverages & great customer service.
