I’m not sure if the experience is different at other locations, but I went to the branch at 250 la ciénaga for a travel PCR test. I wanted to get the 5 hour results, but the woman working there let me know that the 24 hour results would only take 12, saving me money. There was also a sale on so even the 5 hour rush rate was less expensive than 24 hour rates at every other clinic I could find. The lab forgot to add my passport number and the QR, but I called the 24 hour number and they fixed it within 10 minutes. Honestly, my other travel PCR experiences have been utter nightmares so even though it didn’t go perfectly here, I appreciated the level of support and the price point.

I had Covid Tests done on this place 3 times. I am a frequent traveler and someone referred me to this place. I had horrible experience with other labs because they don't deliver the 24-hour promise. So far, this lab has been on time sending the results. I was a bit hesitant at first because of the reviews but I say, everyone has a different experience. I think it's better to time your trip before you doa covid test,, they have a friendly staff too. So Kudos to this place.

Not sure why such negative reviews:

I traveled here from Miami for a tubal reversal with Dr. Chun and everything went smotthly. The staff was very professional and courteous. The doctor himself was very respectful and gentle. Procedure took maybe 2-3 hours total and he gave me the clamps he had removed from my Fallopian tubes. I felt everything was quite amazing. Not sure whats been happening since my visit here last year in May 2020zz but I’m shocked to see such reviews. Sometimes you have to get your own opinion, your own experience of things.

After reading reviews I was kinda scared but I got there and they was very nice had good customer service they made me fill Very comfortable from the front desk to the doctors even the anesthesiologist Even the help on the side I can honestly say I am very pleased and I also realize not all reviews are accurate

Travellers be careful! This place is horrible I would leave no stars if possible. My sister and I got the PCR Test Sunday morning. We expedited the test, paid extra and were assured results would arrive in 3-5 hours. Our flight was Monday morning at 9:30am and they knew this. Sunday I got my results with my DOB wrong and my sister did not receive them at all! Monday morning we rushed there before our flight to fight for our results. There was 1 girl who told us she would send everything and just go to the airport! We trusted her and minutes before we got to the airport (8:30am) she sent the results. Very stressful, almost missed our flight horrible experience.

This Review is for PCR Test that were conducted at 250 S La Cienega Blvd.

BEWARE OF SCAM RIPOFF FRAUD!!

My mom took the test on Sat 23rd at 9am. They promised sending result the same day at 10 pm.

I have paid extra to expedite and extra for QR code. Total of $159, which they add extra service charge that they never told me or warn me before charging on my credit card. Extra service charge 4% which made total $165.34 for PCR test.

The test result that they promised to deliver 3-5 hrs before the flight.
I had tried to call before the flight next morning and yet to no success.

As of Sunday 24th at 1:30 pm we had never received the result.
My mom’s boarding time supposedly on Sunday 24th at 12:30pm.

BEWARE of CROOKS !!!

You have been warned. I had to reschedule my mom’s INTERNATIONAL flight and paid extra charge because of their HORRIBLE SERVICE.

The time they finally sent result was 1:54pm which was way overpass the original flight time.

They are trying to capitalize COVID by putting false advertisement for the test.

Sandra didn’t inform me the doctor wouldn’t do my procedure. Two days before she told me she received my blood work and she would send me a email (which I received). The whole office took my money, had me fill out paperwork, and go to the pharmacy to get meds. All for the doctor and anesthesiologist to deny my surgery on the day of surgery. I rented a vehicle, took off work, drove over 4 hours too. Such an unprofessional, non communicative, dishonest inconvenience.

My experience was over 2 months ago, sent money per procedure showed up for the day of the procedure then was cut open and then stiched backup with the product never being delivered as discussed in the paperwork. If you value your time, money and body do not go to this establishment for business.
